In this video I am going to test the audio quality of Digital TPA3116D2 12V 24V 2X50W Dual Channel Class D Audio Power Amplifier Board, which is a budget and small amplifier. For this test, I have used Infinity Reference 6522ix coaxial 6.5’car speakers by Harman. (www.infinityspeakers.com/spea...)

Hi I have 2 questions I hope you can help me, I got the same speakers should I use 0bB or +3dB if I'm going to use aftermarket amp?? And I have tweeters kappa 20mx, the crossover came with a double cable one black and one black with silver line, which cable could be the positive and which one is the negative? Thanks!!!!

Tip:-
Connect it to a Laptop for Audio source or to a Pre Amp
That is when it will unlock it's full potential of 50Wx2
When I connected mine to the phone
The full volume wasn't enough
But when connected to a laptop
It's volume increased almost by double
Well any Android with custom rom will work too
What the supply are you giving 12v or 24
I have same power supply 12v 3A for my 2x20w 4ohm speakers. Is it works with this amplifier? Also should I use heat sink?

How to remove peak noise in the speaker when connect the power supply the same problem have in clase D amo(:
Properly Ground your power source or connect Isolated Converter in between Power source and your Amp. or add a EMI noise filter

12v car battery provide enough power for a pair 4 ohm car speakers? Or i need a voltage booster for that? What about fuses?

How to select good speakers. Please give me the speaker specifications
Here are some of tips, that I used to select a good speaker....
• Always select 4ohms speakers
• Go for 2way speaker instead of 3way, which is good in bass.
• Check the power (Watt) out of your head unit and select the Wattage according that (don’t go for higher watt speakers if your head unit produce lower watt per channel. For a head unit with 50W per channel go for 180W max speaker.
• Always try to select speaker with bigger magnet Ex. Neodymium speakers (Good in Low Bass)
• Always try to get a speaker with bigger rubber edge (higher the speaker corn movement will increase the deep Bass)
• Select a speaker with diaphragm made except of paper.
hi guys ,this Infinity compare to JBL GTO 629, which 1 is better ?
Charles Ooi Charles Ooi GTO629 is bit old compared to this ref6522ix, btw, rms and peak wattages are almost same in both. no exact difference. latest version of this is ref6532ix.

Charles Ooi dont think of price its not double actually on amazon once you got prime. I got these two around 30$ with prime and black Friday discounts when i was in USA.
In my car im still using infinity ref6032cf x4 sound is way better than these new models.
btw its your choice, i go for infinity as it looks more premium with their grills and components. (cross over, sound filters... etc)

There technically the same speaker. Different cone material. Both companies are owned by Harman Kardon.

Yeah it can, but I never tried.

What is use of that Button on speakers?
Guru using that I can change 0dB to 3dB. Basically it changes the treble volume of tweeter from low to high. Can’t see big difference using that switch.

@@playstation2bigs you can get pioneer ones for cheap, but the quality of sound in higher volumes is so poor compared to these bit expensive infinity speakers. furthermore, Infinity speakers are designed by Harmon Kardon, so overall quality is much better.

The pair of Infinity speakers are very good, but sadly, the output signal/sound produced by the mini amp board did not do justice. I guessed the speakers and the amp board are a mismatch!!!

class D amplifiers are the new trends.. small but powerful..
with that poorly designed board and power supply its around 15w per channel but if you get a better board and a 24v power supply it can do 50w at 10% thd
