"It involved a bottle of Covoisier, two bus station skanks, and a pay toilet" - if you think about the people who hang out around bus stations in LA with pay toilets, this is even more disgusting than it sounds on its face. That's only trumped by the knowledge that New York where this was filmed is probably even worse. Ack! Leon Phelps, ladies and gentlemen.

Classic SNL, makes me miss the 90s.
I have enjoyed this character; this was a variation of "Velvet Jones," the pimp that Eddie Murphy played on a SNL sketch, back in the day (the 1980's - for like 3 years). Much like Kenan Thompson, Tim Meadows was on SNL for a very long time; then you had Tracey Morgan; Chris Rock, Ellen Cleghorne, Leslie Jones, Dean Edwards, Jay Pharoah, Maya Rudolph and for a brief moment (just a cup of coffee), Damon Wayans (before he joined the 1990's "In Living Color," Fox TV network/sketch comedy show along with the creator and Damon's brother Keenen Ivory Wayans).
