Like in this episode Dwight tells Jim he is willing to physically assault him followed by Jim taking his belt and giving it back, Pat's response is to call Jim a bully and ask why people like him. As I have randomly decided to respond to this 5 months after the fact at 3:30 in the morning I can say I have watched several future episodes and this is very much a pattern with Pat.
