GG man, Started my f2p acc about the same time HH started his challenge, I had saved up 14 ancients and 1 sacred from missons for this boost and even though the rates where with me, I pulled Septimus off of my ancients and Genzin off of my sacred. Can't help but feel disappointed for some reason lmao Duchess is such a game changer.

Agree but you can pull up to 59 sacred shards before you get a lego guaranteed during x1 (12 + 94% / 2% = 59 shards) and 56 during x2 (12 + 88% / 2% = 56 shards)

This is the best kind of shard pull video. Lots of shards, realistic summon rates, and a pay off at the end. I'm fairly lucky, dutchess for example was on a 10x. I had 6 shards close on Mercy. I pulled lady Kimi and was in awe of how great she is and how much better she'd be with dutchess. 2 shards later I pulled dutchess

I will stick to using sacreds just for guranteed events and for champion chase :) just don't have the stockpile or the heart to do this!
How you felt pulling her on this account was how I felt when I finally pulled her on my main back at the end of November last year. I had pulled every ancient and sacred anytime she was on 10x pretty much since I started playing in May 2021 and always got burned. Either got nothing at all or a non-Duch lego. Some were good, like Sicia and Tomb Lord, others...well, not so good. But when I finally got her, it took everything in me not to yell out loud because it was before 6am and everyone else in the house was asleep 🤣. So, instead, I just jumped up and down like a kid in a candy store while stifling my screams. Big gz to Dilem, she's an account changer no matter what stage of the game you're in.

I have been playing for about 9 months now. I randomly pulled Duchess on ancient shard. I only just had 1 ancient. No special events or anything. She is a game changer for sure
Mercy for sacreds is at 12, not 20, HH! :) But the mercy is only a +2% per shard so not much of a mercy. Also, for shard pull videos, it would be nice if you could move yourself to the right side of the screen so we can see how many shards are left.

If I counted correctly he got 7 leggos out of 98 shards. Considering the chance being 6%, he got better than that. Plus he also got Dutchess, so even luckier.
That's without mercy, with mercy it's around 8.5% chance. So he got a little less on the shard pulls but got lucky on the Duchess (+ a few other new champions, including Nekmo Tharr).
This is deja vu for the last duchess 10 times that you did a big shard pull for someone like this. Platinum is sneaky. I personally think they drop the chances to drain big savers like this. Not realllllly but it's brutal.

13:57 theoretically no you're not guaranteed a lego with 30sacred. Pity starts at 12 but only goes by 2%. The 100% would be on your 59th shard. If you open 30shards, at yout 30th you "only" have 42% chance to get a lego, so I'd say 42% is far from being guaranteed

As crap as it feels on a bad streak, it still annoys me when players prescribe what the rates should be. "Man 10x sucks" *Opens all shards in suboptimal event* "Man 10x sucks, this has to be fixed; I didn't get X champion ". I would argue that it feels pretty backwards for ancients to have a better pity than sacreds, but honestly it'd probably be in our best interest to not bring that up. Grats to dutchess guy anyway.

114 sacred shards in ~240 days is an amazing collection rate (2.1 shards per day!). On my luckiest of days, I get 2 sacreds from CB chests, but not EVERY day.
The way I play is I wait for a 10x and yolo pull 10 ancients or voids and yolo the rest in between events. This time around I got one lego out of the ten ancients I pulled because I knew my mercy counter was right there and I got a Foli. I kind of already have a lot of great nukers so I was happy and disappointed that I didn't get another support like duchess or nekmo. Now I have Foli, Super Elhain, Candy, Haephrak (the best), ma shalled (can't build him right for nuking though), fortus (actually goes hard with Ma Shalled), yakarl, ninja, Mountain King, rotos, robar 2x, gaius, septimus, genbo, inquisitor (I don't consider him a nuker, but he does almost 200,000 damage to a hydra head with a2), RG, the rat, brakus, astralon, etc.

wow! ive been playing for three years, used to be a low spender in the first year and decided after that to be free to play, and i think in that three years i might have only had maybe 40 to 50 sacred shards, that includes the 15 ive saved up now which took me almost three months to save....
As soon as the number of legendaries you actually want is less than 6, its better to pull during a 10x than a 2x so if all he wants is Duchess then the 10x is the way to go.

I had as many as 15 once before I started pulling them ... I just pulled 3 today. I cannot let them sit there gathering dust! Decent champs there ... I used to hate Astralith, but now in tag team I put her team up against cardinal, and she destroys her. Only two books in her ... the second and third dupes (before faction guardians).

if EVERY epic was a must build to 60 then yea, ok, 25-30 im listening, but most are really hard to justify the use.
@@alidan no normal rate for legos on sacreds should be 24% on normal rates for them to be valued 25/30$ each
