hey just saying the reason that jaden lived is because of the poison from the puffer fish. When you take damage mid fall, it resets the height from which you fell to the place that you took damage. Basically jaden took poison damage mid fall making him take way less damage, he probably lost less than 10 hearts because of it.
actually it is because of the poison, with turtle master he still would have died, due to minecrafts dumb tick speed rule it is possible to line up with the exact moment to receive damage, you can jump or take damage at any time, you receive a strange knockback line up with your damage, due to this you receive close to no damage.
