Right off the bat I'm so down with that freshly shredded coconut. I'm a total sucker for doing everything from scratch. The boozy raisins will add such a nice warm flavour, love this dessert :)
This brought back memories, my mom use to make one almost ever Saturday night or Sunday evening. I was tasked with gratering the coconut which I loved bcaz I’d get the bumps to eat but hated it bcaz I always bruise my fingers😂😂😩😩. This look good Toy I can taste the flavors ❤️❤️❤️😭

Toya, my Mum used to make this for us as a kid and it’s one of my favorite cake as kid, we call it Toto.I’ll take mine with a cup of tea yummy😋
