The Clone Jeff is hiding into the woods, but he's still write corresponding letters to the woman of his life. And yet, it's so sad that the real Jeff found it out and he start to fight with his wife, but I'm not really sure about how the way he dies. And well then, clone Jeff came back to say goodbye to his only truly love in his last moments of life 🥺
"Ghost", "Yellow Leaf" and "Space Shuttle No.8" was made by the same director. I think clone Jeff is the one who in the train to Saturn. Because he wear the same silver earrings while the real Jeff never wear earrings but silver ring.
For Jeff's organ in the box, I think they have many spare clones for experiment. I think the one who married her is clone Jeff. Jeff in "Ghost" wedding scene wear silver earrings. And after real Jeff found out about the wedding picture. The wife look depressed and guilty while real Jeff burn everything with the bonfire then they started argued. But the wife still chose living with real Jeff. She always wear the silver ring after real Jeff come back. Even though they're not happy and argued with each other. But until the last moment of her life, she still wearing that silver ring. With high technology in the future when human can successfully create a clone. They would have a longer life. So I think real Jeff living with his wife until he dead at age 89. Then clone Jeff came back to meet her again after the real Jeff dead. Even though the wife live with real Jeff but her heart still be with clone Jeff as she always well keep his wood ring and their wedding picture. And clone Jeff happily look at that picture as it's his most happiness memory when they lived together.

He stats with her until she dies and then burries her too. He doesn't age cause he's a clone. A yellow leaf is a dead leaf. And now all he has is a mind full of memories... ghosts, as he goes on by himself. Those are my thoughts, anyway. Also, JEFF WHAT THE HELL???!!!
The impression I had is that the (Real) Jeff created the Clone, the moment he has to leave, he leaves him with her, but they begin to fall in love. So she subdues the Clone again to do what she had to do from the beginning, experiment on him, she has nothing left but to help him, because he is her husband, when she helps the clone escape, she continues his life next to the real Jeff, until they grow old, but he dies first, what happens during that time is that they communicate through letters, for that reason, the clone looks at the photographs as he goes up the stairs, observing what her life was like at that time, when she is about to die, he returns to say goodbye, now with no reason to return, and because he does not age, then he leaves never to return.
