I used acrylic paint..The brand is Davies..I think we're from different countries so I'm not quite sure if this brand is available in your area..any brand will do..

I tried to do the lid, but it could not fit my box , can you please share measurements or tricks to do that

I don't see any reason why it wouldn't fit since you traced it..hmm..can I ask how did you attach the side parts of the lid?
the side parts should be attach on the edge of the top lid not on top of it..I'm not sure if I'm making sense right now..hehe..I hope you understand..
