One Community is a Non-profit and Non-governmental Organization, and what we’re creating is open source and free-shared blueprints and resources, tools and tutorials, and do-it-yourself instructions for all aspects of what we call “Highest Good Living”.
By putting all our open source plans together in one place that will be called One Community, we are creating solution models, solution models designed to create additional solution-creating models for the benefit of all life on this planet.
We believe creating a sustainable world is possible through an open-source model like ours that self-replicates and covers all aspects of a fully sustainable civilization.
How do we work? We’re creating do-it-yourself and free-shared plans for everything needed. Food that is locally grown, pesticide, herbicide and fungicide free, and more nutritious and diverse. We’re also developing designs to grow food almost anywhere in the world, and better than what you get in the grocery store.
We’re adding to this housing that is DIY-replicable, lasts longer, is healthier to live in, artistic and beautiful, and way more sustainable. In addition to this City Center, we have seven sustainable village models planned.
All run on 100% renewable energy (also with open source plans), and a parent-involved education model, open source straw-bale construction “Ultimate Classroom”, open source for-profit and nonprofit business creation plans, recreation and fulfilled living options, and so much more…
Our goal is to make sustainable and self-sufficient teacher demonstration hubs, easy enough, affordable enough, and to demonstrate living in them as attractive enough for the idea to spread on its own. By working together and teaching others how to replicate them, we aim to successfully shift the narrative and the paradigm to one that is ethical and sustainability meeting the needs of everyone, everywhere."

We do this by demonstrating what’s possible, open sourcing and free-sharing the blueprints, and making modular or total duplication easy enough, affordable enough, and attractive enough so that positive and sustainable world-change will spread on its own.
OBJECTIVES
• Be the leading influencer for creating a comprehensively sustainable civilization.
• Make sustainable and ecological living a mainstream option.
• Become one of the world’s largest providers of open-source multimedia tools, tutorials, and resources for sustainable infrastructure.
• Provide a pristine working example of sustainable living to promote proof of concept replicable by others in any environment across the globe.
• Evolve sustainable solutions based on the current needs of people and their environment.
