He's still 14 and already achieved a lot. He is an inspiration to his peers and to the next generation. Marcus message is that there is no shortcuts to success. It's ok to fail but don't loose hope rather use this to motivate yourself to do better and improve one's self. Talent alone is not enough. Hardwork and by not giving up is the key to achieving your dreams.
