there’s an accessibility setting that automatically allows you to shoot every weapon as if it was an automatic, yes this makes full auto firing mods useless.
I have ran this a few times using Sunshot and it shreds enemies. Bad guys just blow up all over the place.
Sunshot anything and you just win

Personally for weapons I use moutaintop/scatter signal, Zailous Bane and Dragons breath
