Let me break it down a little bit my man, this was Ems parody to Amityville which is a town in Suffolk County N.Y where in 1974 Ronald DeFeo Jr. killed his entire family in 1974. I suggest you read up on that or maybe look up the documentary on RUclips but it made front page news all over the country. So anyway, for this parody Em is saying that Detroit is worse but taking bits and pieces of the actual true story, you can hear it in the lyrics. Ronald DeFeo Jr alleged that he didn't know how or when he did it hence Ems hook "Mentally ill from Amityville" and when he says "Once I snap I can't held accountable for my actions". It all has to do with what happened back in Amityville in 1974. Em was suppose to feature Younz Zee and Pacewon from Outsidaz but Dr. Dre complained to Em that he had too many features on this track so he kept Bizarre but erased Young Zee and Pacewon verses. Doing this sparked tension between Pacewon and Em and I think Pacewon even released a diss track towards Em for that. Em did Pacewons verse at the end. There you go my man you have been informed.
