- Nahida tries her best to make Scaramouche see that the world isn't as bad as he thinks it is. But trying to change his mind is a fight on it's own...
Hello everyone! This is the first ever animatic I made, so it may look a bit wobbly.. anyways it was nice to sketch out this idea and I hope I'll stay motivated to draw something like this more often haha. Thank you so much for watching!

What most ppl don't realize is that Nahida is older than Scara-
So in actuality, a big sister is teaching her adoptive bro how to love and that's really sweet
Nahida is 500 years old while Scaramouche itself is approximately 500 if I remember correctly, both are close in age 🤔
@@Nichu7027 Nahida was created during the cataclysm and scara was created some time after. My guess is that he's 450-400 years old since Ei had to process everything and decide to put inazuma under rulership of a puppet THEN create scaramouche so I'm guessing that took a while.

Before Sumeru dropped, I didn’t like the idea that Nahida was gonna be a little girl once she was announced. But now everything makes so much sense and I love that she tries her best to protect the children of Teyvat

Exactly, I think people always deserve a second chance, it's not their fault that people around them are using them and shape them to what they are today. And it's just the nicest warmest feeling when someone comes around and shows you that people actually care about you ❤️

@@Limenade8 yeah exactly. It frustrates me how a lot of people take childe as being a completely redeemed and okay guy now (despite him still being part of the fatui) and then go out of their way to villanize signora and scaramouche as beyond redemption .
@@icecreamsunday8146 i mean… Signora and scaramouche did far worse crimes then childe. They lived longer and Did far worse crimes as well. Scaramouche got off lightly if you ask me, he got a literal blank check. As for signora she Got the worst punishment of all(imo deserved)(also not saying childe doesn’t deserve punishment but he most likely will get as well at some point) apart from signora the only other character who got punished for their crimes is ei,she fought her own puppet for 500 YEARS just to protect the people of inazuma, AND she had to finally say goodbye to her sister, that imo is a fair enough punishment).
I really wonder about how he felt, right when he awakened from his coma. Me personally would've been terrified.
You lose everything once again, losing the Gnosis of your mother and wake out of a coma to the one who defeated you? Adding to it, he had no power left. He would've not been able to go against her.
Yeaaah no, he was a mess probably. And he knew Nahida made a deal with the doctor, so maybe she tried calming him down and gaining his trust that way.
Exactly, it's been on my mind for so long now. How did he react after waking up? How does he learn to trust again? And then you have the Archon herself trying to help him, after she took away what he long longed for...

I have the same hc that, when he woke up, Scara was *furious* . His life long dream had been shattered and the one who did it now tried to be nice to him? Of course he would lash out. And when he saw that he could do nothing against Nahida, he fell down in a pool of hopelessness. Nahida reaching out to him then was his first sign that she actually genuinely cared about him, and it weaved a thread of hope into his soul that was knitted with distrust, fear and anger. Beautiful animatic!

Quite undervalued, I think it's a pretty nice and good animation. Nahida is shown canonically like others. The song you picked up is also good, it somehow fits their relationship. For the first job, it's very good, I hope you get the attention you deserve

Excellent work! You did a fantastic job with the animatic~! I really like how you captured the rage and sorrow that still exists inside Wanderer back when he was still just Scaramouche; as well as Nahida's kindness and compassion for others. The two have both been through so much, and Nahida really is a good person for Wanderer to learn kindness from.
It's stuff like this take makes me excited to see even more of Wanderer and where his journey takes him. The most painful part might be over, but he's still got a long way to go on his path to healing, and I can't wait to see what happens next.

I like to think he really has hated Nahida but overlapped her with the child he raised for a while in the past. he's kind to children. also the way he was touched one of the gods he always hated was so kind to him, even if she wasn't a god. She is really wise and intelligent but according to Alice, at the age of the gods she is a very young child. who is interested in even the smallest things. This relationship is so ambiguous that it can be anything. an older sister and a younger brother, a mother and a son, or vice versa of them. But it doesn't change they became a family
