Welcome to sunkenland, it's a great game. Couple of tips if you don't mind? Marlin do not hurt you, hunt them with a spear and you will get a lot of good meat + the skins. Make a few storage chests/barrels as the scavenging never stops. Make a scrap metal spear asap (far better than the wood spear) Raiders will start attacking your base soon and each time they become stronger and with better weapons so look at armor & updating weapons. i dont know..i didnt like it...maybe i played a very old version but the mutants jumped above the wall of my base so they where inside and when i re-spawned they were already in my face.
Oh that sounds bad. I haven’t got building defenses yet, but the game does feel like it’s made more for Co-op and single player is perhaps not as balanced as it could be.

Yeah the game got really dark eh. Luckily I then made a bed so that I don’t have to play through the night. But I get your point.
