I had always heard Manny’s grill was a Star Mfg. brand. I worked at Star and was actually over the manufacturing of the grills at one time, the grills were High $$ and couldn’t be purchased retail ie I couldn’t afford one 😊

I knew the “Put” answer as in French “mets” is the first/second person singular of the verb to put/place something and anytime I search Twitter for “Mets” for game updates I get a string of French tweets along with game tweets due to the word registering the same, from there a clear bridge due to French/Spanish sister languages and figured it’s gotta be the same
