This made the whole assembly less intimidating for this 62 year old. In fact, I offered to put my brother-in-law’s bike together for him using this video again.
This is the best instructional video I’ve ever seen, thank you! I was able to put this together within 30 (after I unpacked and unwrapped all items a s start just like the video) so happy with my purchase can’t wait till see how long it holds up but as of now great value and easy to assemble.

This helped so much! Thank you! I needed a bike after lumbar discectomy procedure due to a herniated disk.. I'm really not good at putting things together and I had to be careful not to bend too much due to my recent surgery but with this video I was able to do it (on my own!) without any confusion. I'm slow but it took me about an hour and the only hard part that took strength was at the very end -- putting the pedal straps on, that part took me the longest because you have to have strength to pull them into the holes. So if you can it'd benefit to have a strong man to do that ending part :P other than that this video was a God send, thank you!
All that work to get this together. The video helped but this is so uncomfortable. I wish I had tried one in a store before I wasted my money. Back support is a total joke. This is a fail for sure. Mine is a Fit Quest appears to be the exact same as the FItNation in the video. Big waste of money.
My bike came today I love my bike the purple color is very Preaty and putting it togeather wasn’t that hard at all took me sometime but it really was worth it all
Mine is stuck together and I can't figure out why. There is nothing online about it either. I pull the pin in the back and I get nothing. It's like they're fussed together
Where do you find pedal replacements for the FitNation Flex Bike, I find that are advertised are 1/2 inch and the fitnation takes a slightly less size.
Too late I guess. I got mine together with this excellent video but it is not comfortable in any way. I will use if for awhile but it is not at all what I thought it would be.
I enjoy my purple FitNation Flex Bike I received as a Valentine's Day gift last year right before Shutdown. I still wonder if the person who sent it to me likes me or is attempting to extend my life to allow longer torture period till escape. Florida is difficult to decode. After getting rid of packing materials, it was all very fast. I'm not strong and built the bike without help, very easily. Perfect video.

They make it look easy but mind came in kinda confusing.
The circular knob will not turn in order for bike to open. What can I do? Or do the knob need oil.

The last pedal won't screw in. Literally the last step and it just keeps spinning
