I’m curious if thru any of these examples, were you also playing the foot pedals? It seemed as though you weren’t only playing left hand bass, when I heard bass notes.
One of my favorite settings is 6886 000 04, which I use for Latin Rock on the upper manual, w/ the right hand.

I always wanted to play the organ at church but I never get the chance to as a kid because I have churches with strict pastors who tell you to "get off the organ" or they have a sign on their saying "organists only, don't touch."
I fell in love with the Hammond ever since I was a kid

great video. I have a million dollar question for you. First, my organ playing is more designed for singular instrument playing So can you tell me what set up do they use during recordings on cd's wheras the organ is not the dominate instrument and has the lighter feel? Thanks my set ups are too harsh when playing with a piano player and actual bass player

Von, hopefully I spelled the name correctly? lol. I noticed that you are from Massachusetts? I am no longer there but I grew up in a town called Brockton. I just came across your videos this past weekend and do really appreciate what you are doing. Specifically, how you call out chords by individually calling the notes. This method is key and vital in helping those musicians who are not knowledgable of the specific names of the chords. I wanted to ask, could you do a video on that opening and closing backround music you have? That groove is very smooth. Keep doing what you are doing. You are one of very few musicians who are out here on youtube taking the time to actually play a song through and then turn around and break down the entire song not just with simple chords, but chords that will have you sounding like a seasoned musician.
    Keep up the good work.
    Regards,
    Jonathan

@@vaughnbrathwaiteLol... I was tryna figure that out. Actually, I meant how would this work on an original B3 organ? Seems you're playing on either a B2 or the newly updated B3. The drawbars look different one the ones made before the 1970's

I am new to draw-bars but I have found the same problem with every video claiming to teach you how to use them. While the setting is given for the lower, no one bothers to say what the upper is. The teacher is playing both and it's obvious that they re not the same..

@@TheGospelUniversity I can see that now, I'm just confused why the lower was given and not the upper. They are both visible if you search for them. It's like saying if you want to sound like Glenn Miller you need a sax without mentioning all the other instruments. Thanks for the replies.
