    Hey guys.
Sending love. Always binge on your videos when I’m pregnant/postpartum.
You got great mostly non food related content (thank you!!!!! From an extremely nauseous woman)
And the most gorgeous cinematic-bring-me-to-tears family content that is just delightful to watch when the world is actually on fire around us. Thank you for the escapism.
    Been following since 2015! 🫢❤

Just want to add something into the consideration of the use of zoe. Those glucose sensors are developed for diabetics. It is a great development, making their lives much much easier. However, they are not as accesible for everyone. Therefore, seeing this health hype ocurring around the sensors, with someone with diabetes in my inner circle, makes me feel mixed. While there is a serious insulin shortage in the US, a ton of people that are not able to have a sensor or even needles to test their sugar, others with enough privilege are able to use it just to know what is the most healthiest to eat. I am nog saying that those with this privilege are not allowed to use the sensors. But please, just be aware of it and, while being aware, make a choice that suits you.

I also recently read the artical "the growing use of continuous glucose monitors without diabetes: an evidence free zone" published in the paper Practical Diabetes. Seems like some of these curve that can accur becomes green lighted or red lighted making it seem like we're in a bad zone even if a healthy person can handle very big shifts in blood sugar, it's mostly to sell their product.. also that it could indicate what product you tolerate or not are also very misleading. Read the article if interested 😊

Thank you for bringing this up! As a type one diabetic I had to pay over £150 a month when I started using a CGM, a lifesaving piece of equipment for me, whilst fighting to get it funded my the NHS. It grinds my gears a bit to see people unnecessarily using them before all diabetics have access to them! But if that's what people want to spend their money on, then each to their own, I guess 🤷🏻‍♀️

I had also read that there had been a spike in people making GP appointments that on the whole were not necessary, after using these monitors without medical recommendation/supervision.

@AgentMucha Never even considered this, definitely the last thing we need in the UK right now is people taking up DRs appointments unnecessarily

You could make a digitalised advent calendar for kids and each day could be part of a story of a great dog adventure!

A book recommendation for Hannah, I just finished 'None of This is True' by Lisa Jewell. Definitely fits the dark female character requirement... I've just downloaded 'Talking at Night' so thanks for sharing your recommendations!

I mean… I’m glad you enjoy your new diet and cudos to this brand and marketing team for inspiring people to pursue a healthier diet. I’m not entirely sure how holistic is this, blood sugar analysis and microbiome analysis can say a lot about you, but far from everything, and I suppose there’s a limit to what it can take into consideration outside of the data provided. I know I’m a digital skeptical and big data is the gateway to medical advances, but I can’t help being distrusting. Then again, the objective is probably prevention and the target group a generally healthy person, aka not me. Still, careful, because health is holistic and so should nutrition be.

I'd just sell the original artwork of Rob's drawings on an auction website. NFT's are truly finished. I think when people realised why not just screengrab the art what's the point. An original art piece signed, limited editon, numbered by the good man that's tactile will be much more investable. Even Sothebys would probably be interested. £150 x 8000 original artworks would take on £1.2 million for charity.

"I now know what specifically food are good for me" - Google. Google can tell you that. And nutritionists. They share that info for free on the internet too. 👹

How are you metabolise food is slightly different to how I’m metabolise food. For instance, avocado is very very good for me, but not so good for Hannah. I wouldn’t have known that unless I’ve done the test.

I normally really enjoy your content but I think you promoting Zoe and the ridiculous price is somewhat crass, people can barely pay their bills. You are an intelligent man you don't need Zoe to tell you want foods are good or bad for you and you shouldn't be encouraging your viewers to do the same.

If you or anyone wants to continue it, you do not need the big yellow sticker. The sensor is a Freestyle Libre 3, which my husband wears daily for his diabetes. No cover sticker needed.

Adore your videos, always so wholesome & honest so maybe the less you care the better 😅 I couldnt see it on your Amazon list Hannah so if you havent read How To Kill Your Family (not as dark as it sounds but dark female energy) I think you would really love it!
