I saw those wax tablets, they are so beautiful and even though it was over a decade since she passed, I still had a brief moment of thinking she would love that as a present. This was part of the chat and the lovely sales assistant gave me a few free samples. In most department stores nowadays they tend to be given with purchase but I guess my gift of the gab and passion (from my Irish mum's side) I guess has helped me receive so many 😂 But I fell in LOVE with Gelsomino and Angeli di Firenze, I also knew I wanted to try Tabacco Toscano but now Melograno and others sound so enticing. Thank you so much for this. I love the variety in your content and am so happy to have come across your channel. I hope to visit Florence one day soon too ❤
What a lovely story! Insolence is such a cross generational fragrance I think. To me it's both vintage and modern, old and young. I can see why you'd enjoy it at that age. The Santa Maria Novella people sound lovely! That was so nice of them to give you samples 😊 I really enjoyed trying these! I can see why people love the brand. I'm happy you enjoy my channel 😊 thanks for watching 🥰
I''ve visited the Santa Maria Novella shop/museum in Florence many times, and it's so stunning that it's worth visiting even if you're not into perfume. There are two SMN shops here in Rome too, and I believe I've tested all their fragrances by now. Lana: a beautiful blend of cardamom, fig, and woods that smells fresh yet warm. I'm considering purchasing it!

@@dr.claire.perfume100%! The only two I enjoy from the discovery set are Tabacco Toscano and Melograno; the others are either too old-school or too fresh for my taste. They should really highlight their lesser-known offerings.
@@laurajl7039 I agree that with the first few I tried, I thought oh dear, these are all going to be like this... But as I progressed through, they became more interesting!
It may sound funny but I really love the way the name sounds. Santa Maria Novella.. it just kind of flows if that makes sense 😊 I also think their bottles are pretty. That's not the most important thing I know, but I do like it when I enjoy the bottles 🥰✨
I recently got the SMN Discovery Set, so it was genuinely fun to smell along with the video. I also really liked Rosa Novella and Gelsomino. Gelsomino was a bit strong and almost gave me a headache. However, my favorite was Melograno. It’s just so interesting! Idk if I’ll get a bottle but it’s definitely on my wish list. Thanks for showcasing the house. These house overview videos are really interesting. For someone like me who is just starting with this fragrance hobby, I appreciate being able to listen to your descriptions and try to get the notes from the perfumes. Nicely done!
Ooh happy that you could sniff along! 😊 Melograno is really interesting! I see why it's loved and I think if you are into lighter chypres, it's a great call. It matches Vesper perfectly too! Happy you enjoyed trying them, thanks for watching 🥰
You are really good at this Claire! I am a long time fan of Santa Maria Novella, but didn’t know much about their history. They do make an excellent product. I look forward to hearing more content.
I love Tabacco Toscano. It is one of the nicest tobaccos I tried, not ashy at all, and probably the only fragrance strong on vanilla that I like. It is quite beautiful, not overly sweet and gender neutral. In the opening I rather get strong tobacco leaves, not ham - though maybe it is because i sampled Bois Sikar from Atelier des Ors and this one is pure smoked ham fragrance and nothing can compare to it. The only issue I have with tabacco toscano, is that it doesn't perform thaaat well on a bare skin, though it is not really a summer scent, so I am not sure it matters that much. It is on my to-buy list, I will try to hunt it second hand or from discounters.
It's really gentle isn't it?! And yes, I totally agree, for people who gender, I don't think anyone could say this was masculine or feminine. I hope you manage to find a bottle of it. I've never really seen these secondhand in the UK, I don't think many people know about the brand. Thanks for watching 🥰
Hi Claire 😊 I enjoyed hearing the history of this house, it would be awesome to visit the pharmacy Smoked ham! 😂😂😮 Birch definitely adds a smokiness in the fragrances I’ve experienced.
Never judge a book by it’s cover or a fragrance by it’s opening/top notes. 😂 Tabacco Toscano sounds really nice and the most cool weather appropriate of them all. Always enjoy the of history behind fragrances. Thank you for that Claire. Great house overview!
Oh no worries! I know this isn't going to be a big video, but I loved trying these and the history behind the brand. I had to talk about them! They are worth trying just for the experience and the museum in Florence is a wow. Have a lovely weekend 🥰
Hey Claire - great overview! Nobody talks about this house. I was lucky enough to visit them in Florence on my honeymoon many years ago. It was a beautiful experience. I purchased Tabacco Toscano while there and it was my fall/winter signature for quite a long time. It will always hold special memories for me; I’m on my second bottle. The only other one I’ve sampled is L’Iris which is also beautiful. You’ve reminded me I need to try more!
I also went to Florence on my honeymoon 😂 I can see why Tabacco Toscano would be a fab choice, I really liked it. I've not tried L'iris but that was listed as a sample option, so I'm a bit sad that I didn't choose it now as so many people have said that they enjoy that one! Have a fab week! 🥰
What a fun video! I loved visiting SMN 2 years ago, and I agree with you - the one that I ended up loving and purchasing was Rosa Novella. It's lovely in Spring/Summer, but also quite nice (and different) on a crisp Winter day too. I know it's simple, but I get compliments almost every time I wear it, and lasts quite a bit longer when sprayed on clothes. Looking forward to visiting Florence again next year to sample more of their offerings again! I remember trying Tobacco Toscano in the shop and being put off by the opening, but your review has intrigued me - I'd like to give it another go.
Haha, I totally understand, the opening is simply weird isn't it?! Wow! We agree! I just didn't think the others were me really, but I could envisage myself wearing Rosa Novella and enjoying it. Simple but beautiful and well done👌 thanks for watching 🥰
Thanks Lizzie, yeah I don't think they have got much attention on YT sadly. Other than the fragrances, I was really impressed with their service and packaging too, Santa Maria Novella really make a lot of effort. It's well worth a visit if you go to Florence 🥰
I like that it showed the perfume in her purse in the movie.. my eyes always perk up (can eyes perk up, or is that only for ears? 😅) whenever I see a perfume in any show, movie, post or anywhere!!
I know! It makes me so curious to find out what it is and to smell it. I can't think of anything more fitting for Vesper's choice whilst out and about in Italy. It's perfect! 🥰
Great reviews! I like hearing your objective experiences with perfumes that I’m familiar with so I can consider new pov. The SMN take on florals isn’t what I enjoy, too fresh/green/soapy/white musks. However I am in love with their woody/resinous/spicy colognes like Peau d’Espagne, Patchouli, Opoponax and Nostalgia which I think is discontinued but was my favorite- smells like diesel fumes with burnt rubber, white floral and smoky resins. Really unique. What I enjoy is the herbal, apothecary opening and then the drydown is so satisfying and ambery.
Thank you! ❤️ Wow! Nostalgia sounds right up your street! I know that you like something challenging and interesting. I feel like I tried some of their safer fragrances here. They need to get some more alternative discovery sets together! Thanks for watching 🥰
I am a fan of SMN. Sadly some of their best perfumes are not in their discovery kit. I love Violette (Discontinued in their line, but some stockist still have), Fieno, Vaniglia, the new Iris one and some others which I can't think of the name. I own Rosa Novella, Lana, Marescialla and Pot Pourri. I have to be in the mood for Pot Pourri, I also use that fragrance to amp up my PotPourri that I bought from them to put in my woolens when I pack them away. I keep some of their Potpourri in my make up drawer to get a whiff of when I open it. Great review.
Yes, I do wish they had another set for their EDPs... I almost chose the new Iris as a sample, I'm feeling quite sad that I didn't try that one now 😂 you sound like you really love SMN! You have a lot! It's a shame they have discontinued your favourite. Thanks for watching 🥰
I did my fragrance pilgrimage decades ago. Going to the Farmacia in Florence is an amazing experience. I love their fragrances. Ginestra is my favourite but so many of the soliflores are gorgeous. Melograno and Peau d’Espagne are beautifully composed. I haven’t bought any for years. I’ve aquired about 25 SMN scents. I’d love to try some of the newer fragrances. I’d love to try the Iris extrait.
Wow! You sound like you are megafan! I'd love to try more from them and to go back to Florence 😂 obviously 😉 Peau d'Espagne and Ginestra are now on my list. I had the opportunity to pick Iris as a free sample, I perhaps should have done 🤔. Have a lovely weekend 🥰
In the past colognes are used to scent gloves or as a refreshing tonic to cure headaches, among other things. The Acqua Della Regina was one of Catherine's wedding gifts I believe, similar to Guerlain's Eau de cologne Imperiale, which was made for the Empress Eugenie. The fragrance and the house have very interesting history and I do hope to try one in the future. Thanks for sharing 😊🙏
Yes absolutely! My grandmother used to use 4711 for headaches. 😊 These were lovely to try! I loved that I got to try Acqua Della Regina and Melograno, I hope you get to sample them. Thanks for watching 🥰
These really felt more and more interesting the more times I tried them, I've had this set for a few months now and the more I've got to know them, the more I've appreciated them. The style is very different to what I've experienced with other brands. 🥰
Thanks, Claire. I've always wanted to sample this house's fragrances but have yet to do so. I remember reading all about the place when I was an art history student. Perhaps I can make it to Florence one summer day and sample them there.
Florence is stunning but I would also recommend Siena, that's beautiful too. I went to the Uffizi and saw the Birth of Venus too 😱 mind-blown! Everything is so old and so well looked after. Have a lovely weekend 🥰
Morning Claire. I enjoy the extra little tidbits you put into your reviews eg what the James Bond character wore. So interesting. I’ve had samples of most of the ones you mentioned, but just got a bottle of L’Iris. Didn’t pay full price as I got it in a bundle😊 We have a few retailers in Aus who stock the brand, and there is a small SMN shop in Sydney. Have a good week😃🇦🇺
Aah cool! Oh, I should have got L'iris! It was a sample option but I chose the other two... It seems to be many people's favourite! I am impressed that Santa Maria Novella have a presence in Sydney! 😱 Thanks for watching 🥰
I really love Melograno. It is pretty unique smelling as well. I tried this sample set and was really surprised that I liked every fragrance. That is honestly a first time from a larger sample set, and especially considering that I usually dont like florals too much. But none of florals here smelled very feminine/heavy? They all seemed on a fresher crispier side
It is unique! I can totally see why Vesper would be associated with that one. I enjoyed trying these too! They smelt very different to run of the mill modern designer or even mass market niche and I loved that! 🥰
Thanks for the review of this house, Claire. This was really helpful. Been quite interested in their jasmine, Rosa Novella, and iris fragrances. I’ve never smelled any of SMN scents as they’re not available in Canada, as far as my Google search results have shown. What a great idea to buy the sampler set. Excellent and thorough descriptions. Much appreciated. ❤
That's annoying isn't it?! I am sorry they aren't available in Canada. The sample set was really good value. I really would love to try their L'iris fragrance. It sounds beautiful from the notes. Thanks for watching 🥰
For me the most interesting seem to be freesia and rosa gardenia. I am a white florals girl through and through and the prices you mentioned seem to be along the lines of designer fragrances, so one would not be hesitant to try them
Yes I agree, these are average designer prices. I think if you like white florals and don't mind something more powdery or musky then those are the ones to try 🥰
@@dr.claire.perfume He absolutely loves Florence too Claire. My kids and I took a trip there back in 2015 and were wowed. My son loves history and art so he cannot get enough of Italy! Isn't it breathtaking! So good to see this video and he also liked Tobacco Toscano. I loved your descriptions.
Thank you! Yes Italy is gorgeous! I went to Rome in February and I was stunned by that too! It was amazing to pass by the spot that Caesar was meant to have died.
Smoked ham! 🤣 Very much enjoyed hearing about this traditional Italian fragrance house and it's history Claire. The fragrances sound interesting. I remember those Bronnley soaps as xmas presents too! Very nostalgic 😊 You kindly sent me a decant of Violet Ida a few months ago and I've just found a very reasonably priced bottle on ebay. So thank you for that. Have a great weekend 💖 - hope your weather better than it is here 🌨️
Thank you! ❤️ Yes those soaps really are very Christmassy to me in a weird way 😂 Happy you have acquired Violet Ida, I really love that one, it's different but also comforting and classy. It's sunny here but still not that warm. Maybe it will warm up soon though. You have a lovely weekend too. 🥰
I've really been enjoying your content. Thank you for all the work you put into this!! Your videos are unique and fascinating but also really relaxing. It's obvious you're a person with so much integrity and it just makes me want to keep watching.
Oh thank you! That's so lovely! ❤️ That's the kind of comment that keeps me doing this! 😊 I am just talking about what interests me, and this house really got me interested because of Melograno and Acqua Della Regina! I couldn't wait to try them 😊 thanks for watching 🥰
If you pick different extra samples from the two I've picked please let me know what they're like 🙂 I heard that the iris one is meant to be loved. Hope you are well 🥰
Funny, Angeli di Firenze lasted the whole day on my skin. I sprayed 2 on each shoulder (4) and one innthe back of my neck and walked in the scorching heat of Amsterdam these days, got the tram back home and people noticed my scent when i entered the room. Not to mention i couldn't pick any latex in it, just white florals.
Thank you for this. I’ve only had the chance to spray a couple scents that came back as souvenirs with friends after visiting Italy. What I have tried are the very neroli-centered freshies. The tobacco scent sounds really interesting! Hope to get there some day. Thank you for sharing this… had no idea just how old the house is!
No worries! I think they have a lot of soapy floral citrus fragrances from looking at the rest of their catalogue so that doesn't surprise me! The tobacco fragrance is loved I think! I never smelt anything like it! It's so fluffy and gentle! Florence in general is well worth a visit, there's so much to see there. Thanks for watching 🥰
I love the bottles! Sadly I didn’t go into the shop whilst in Florence, my family were striding ahead, it was a very hot day and I just felt it wasn’t the right time to stop. Looking back I wish I had made time before returning home. Thank you for answering a question I posted on a forum years ago, asking what the perfume was in Casino Royale 😅. I got no answers if I remember rightly! I wasn’t into perfumes as much then and so couldn’t recognise the bottle and for some reason assumed it was Floris 🤷🏻♀️. It’s good to know at last haha. Anyway these all sound lovely and I’m interested in ordering a sample set now😅. Thanks for reviewing x
Wow yes! When I went to Florence it was 42oC. It was insanely hot! I was so interested in this house when I realised that Melograno was Vesper's fragrance 😂 it made me very curious to try these! The sample set is really affordable and comes next day! It's beautifully packaged too. If you do order it and choose different free samples, please let me know what they are like. 😊 Thanks for watching 🥰
Yes! I tried some other fragrances that said they were all 25% oils and they mostly didn't last over 3 hours, yet an EDC with what? 5% fragrance oil here seems to last 5/6 hours in some cases 🤷♀️ it's not logical...
Thank you for a great video. My knowledge of the SMN house is limited to Iris the Eau de cologne version which I first discovered in 1990! Wonder if it has changed, about Rosa Novella which sounds pretty another POAL 'light' would be Molton Brown Rosa Absolute EDT not the EDP.
Hmm 🤔 I haven't tried that, but I know one of the options that I could choose for the samples was an Iris EDP, I've heard that a lot of people love that one actually, so maybe that's a modern version? I will check out the Molton Brown, there is a store local to me, so I can go to try it. ☺️ Thanks for watching 🥰
We had a Santa Maria Novella pop-up here in Raleigh last autumn (from their Miami store) and I bought two fragrances...L'Iris EDP and Bizzarria EDP. It's really an interesting house and I loved your review!
Ooh I had the option to choose to try L'iris as a free sample, I'm regretting that now! So many people have mentioned that one 🙂 Bizzarria was very interesting! I hadn't smelt anything like it before. I can see why it grabbed you. 🥰
Hello Claire - I am so excited that you did a review of 10 Santa Maria Novella fragrances. Rosa from Santa Maria Novella was my first non designer purchase 13 years ago. After your review I am interested in trying Rosa Novella. How does it compare to Gris Dior?
Oh wow! I think a lot of people seem to love this brand. I'm not sure Rosa Novella compares much at all with Gris Dior really. To me they are very different fragrances with little similarity. It's not suedey at all, to me that's what Gris Dior becomes in the drydown. 🥰
@@dr.claire.perfume Interesting! It’s worth a try. I love a rose patchouli. I have Portrait of a Lady and love it but it’s not a warm weather fragrance for me. Chanel’s Paris - Paris, have you smelled it? I have not yet but it’s a rose patchouli that according to Fragrantica reviews is for spring and summer.
Waoo that is interesting, I have never heard of that brand or perfumes. I love neroli... I have to check them out, they sounds so good. 😊 Thank you so much. Great job, I love to learn more about new things ( too me, of course) I love the green eyeshadow look you have in this video, you are werry pretty writh that green color. 😀 Big hugs from Denmark 💝🌹🥰
Thank you ❤️ these definitely have a very distinctive style. The ones later on in the video are perhaps the easier ones to get along with, but if you like neroli and don't mind something soapier, then I think the brand has quite a few options. Thanks for watching 🥰

Wait what Creed founded in 16BC wasn't the earliest brand 😱. It looks like a beautiful place that monastery 😍. Yes the concentration is quite often a red herring. It's so good there are non caramel vomit ambroxan fragrances that still exist. A Medici fragrance is exciting, I bet Suella wish she'd married into them. It doesn't maybe sound like one for me but it does sound good and very classic. This next one sounds pleasant too, I seem to like a soapy one. Calm is good. The gardenia one does sound nice. Love an indolic touch. I would suspect maybe the creaniness wudnt be easy. Tho I love powdery ones. Rose and patch can be quite nice I'm not a huge rose person though. Melon can be a tricky one for me, but I do like peach 🍑. Sounded OK. Ooo Vespa and pomegranate is an interesting note when I've smelt it. And yes Eva is intreguing. It sounds like a very interesting one, and I'd enjoy vintage vampy. Sweet powdery tobacco with leather does sound good. Smoked ham 🤣 well why not. Yes that doesn't seem to match the name. Clovey is good, and foresty sounds not too bad. Beeeezaaariaaah. It sounds OK actually, I like spices. Citrus green jasmine and indolic 😍 that does sound rather nice. I do like ylang-ylang too. It's good it's unique. Yes 🤣 most places are warmer than our wind battered grim rock in the north sea. Interesting first choice rosey ey. Thank you for actually doing an overview of an interesting house not many talk about. There are so many where it's just point and click popular ones, not even from samples just endless gifted bottles and reading notes. You're a breath of fresh air
I know... Shocker 😱 I absolutely love monasteries and pharmacies 😂 Austria, Germany and France have some stunners. I can't predict which you'd like from this. I feel like you might enjoy Gelsomino most but you might go rogue and surprise me. I thought of you with Tabacco Toscano, I think it was the ham 🐖 These were interesting to try. So different to what else is out there and not any ambroxan or cashmeran 😱 how do people do it?! 😂
love your video! new sub..wondered if you have any promo codes, i would love to buy a couple of these scents. thank you for such a wonderful detailed video
I can't say I know much about them, given what's been banned and what's still allowed. I think there are likely lots of other environmental sources of them, other than fragrance, but I'm not an environmental scientist. I know they are broken down quite quickly in the body, but I'm not sure which fragrance brands still use them nor what kind of absorption through the skin we get from fragrance. I guess for people with children, pthalates might be more of a concern due to their endocrine disruption properties... I just listened to a programme about PCBs, given their persistence, I feel very concerned about those! Thanks for watching 🥰
Here watching after receiving Melograno as a present. Worst ever present for a man over 40 , so sad for the waste. Would barely tolerate it on a 50+ woman
I think these are a very different style of perfumery to what's available in general, especially modern designer. To me, these are very much in the tradition of Italian colognes and they have a certain feel to them. Melograno is also one of the older fragrances in the range, so perhaps also the fact that it has been on the market for 60 years might also mean it doesn't smell very now. I am hesitant to ever add age ranges / genders to smells though, it's all just personal taste as to what people choose from my point of view. Thanks for watching 🥰
@@dr.claire.perfumevisited their store with very little hopes for a swap. Incredibly they were very accommodating and kind! Loved pou pouri, wish my house smelled like that all the time: “dentist office” in a good way. But I wouldn’t wanna wear it on me. So I went with something safer like Toscano, even though I already own Herod. Bit weak but seemed nice. Can’t wait for a proper wear to test evolution. Happy day!
Thank you ❤️ My answer to that question is really that gender is a concept framed by your own personal experiences and views, as well as tastes, so I tend to stay away from the subject as someone else will have a different view and disagree with mine, e.g. people say Stash is masculine but to me, it's just a creamy woody fragrance 🤷♀️. However, I will say that these fragrances were all relatively soft in feel, none were beasts/big fragrances. Many were soapy, but there were also some very classic feeling eau de colognes and the tobacco was a very different take on tobacco, something very unusual and progressing from something like a savoury gourmand to something more abstract. The EDP bizzaria had a lovely bitterness to it too. Equally there were some very old school feeling florals here and really none were speaking to me and saying buy me, despite me enjoying trying many of them and me enjoying the experience overall. I hope that helps 🥰

Yes you're right, that and Pot Pourri would be the best for cooler weather. The top notes of Tabacco Toscano were a surprise 😂 have a lovely weekend 🥰
I almost bought Melograno recently! I think it's so interesting, there is something special about it
There is something special about it, you're right. It's an intriguing mysterious fragrance, an understated beauty. 👌
Their Melograno soap is excellent.
Thank you, Claire, for talking about a house no one else seems to talk about. Some of these sound interesting.
Oh no worries! I know this isn't going to be a big video, but I loved trying these and the history behind the brand. I had to talk about them! They are worth trying just for the experience and the museum in Florence is a wow. Have a lovely weekend 🥰
@dr.claire.perfume it's always nice to hear about ones people don't talk much about. 😊
@@CatherineBriseboisCatWoods I agree 🥰
Thanks Claire, i keep seeing these Santa Maria Novellas mentioned and it was really enjoyable to hear all about each one and the house overview. 👌
Thanks Lizzie, yeah I don't think they have got much attention on YT sadly. Other than the fragrances, I was really impressed with their service and packaging too, Santa Maria Novella really make a lot of effort. It's well worth a visit if you go to Florence 🥰
I'm always curious about the history of perfumery and their stories and facts 😍😍 thank you for introducing us to this brand Claire ❤ Cheers !
No worries! Happy that you enjoyed it 😊
It's such a great house 🤩 I am dreaming about going to their location in Florence (so cool you've been there) ❤️ My favorite is Tobacco Toscano!
Tabacco Toscano is interesting 😍 great choice!
Hi claire, love the history of this house thanks for the review, the first two fragrances and pot pourri sounds interesting, 💛
They are worth trying, especially if you appreciate citrus colognes and powdery and aromatic fragrances. Thanks for watching 🥰
These were lovely to try! I loved that I got to try Acqua Della Regina and Melograno, I hope you get to sample them. Thanks for watching 🥰
My kind of house! As soon as you mentioned NOT your typical designer fragrances I was intrigued 😊
These really felt more and more interesting the more times I tried them, I've had this set for a few months now and the more I've got to know them, the more I've appreciated them. The style is very different to what I've experienced with other brands. 🥰
Looking forward to watching!
I hope you enjoy it. Thank you 🥰
Thanks, Claire.
Didn’t pay full price as I got it in a bundle😊
We have a few retailers in Aus who stock the brand, and there is a small SMN shop in Sydney.
Hi Claire!
super interesting, never heard of this house before🤗🤗
They were a nice experience to sample. 😊
Santa Maria Novella is also in the Netflix series Ripley.
Oh really! I need to watch! I love seeing fragrance in films and series, I find it really interesting to imagine what characters smell like. 🥰
They have very unique notes that I neve saw before
I've not smelt anything like some of these before. 🥰
Good morning Claire ❤
Morning Frances ☺️
Thank you Claire! My son was just in Florence this summer and visited the shop and museum. I've always been intrigued by this house.
Ooh did he love Florence?! I thought it was stunning, and the countryside and towns around it too... Really gorgeous 😍
I like acqua regina. Other similar recommendations please🎉
The Acqua Di Parma and 4711 are the only two that I know of. I hope someone else comes up with some suggestions. Thanks for watching 🥰
Smoked ham! 🤣 Very much enjoyed hearing about this traditional Italian fragrance house and it's history Claire. The fragrances sound interesting. I remember those Bronnley soaps as xmas presents too! Very nostalgic 😊
You kindly sent me a decant of Violet Ida a few months ago and I've just found a very reasonably priced bottle on ebay. So thank you for that.
Have a great weekend 💖 - hope your weather better than it is here 🌨️
Thank you! ❤️ Yes those soaps really are very Christmassy to me in a weird way 😂
Happy you have acquired Violet Ida, I really love that one, it's different but also comforting and classy.
It's sunny here but still not that warm. Maybe it will warm up soon though. You have a lovely weekend too. 🥰
Love this house!
Yes, it was lovely to try something different for a change! They stand out. Thanks for watching 🥰
Hi Claire! Thanks for introducing me to a new house. I think I’ll be picking up this discovery set. I’m quite intrigued.
If you pick different extra samples from the two I've picked please let me know what they're like 🙂 I heard that the iris one is meant to be loved. Hope you are well 🥰
Even your smoked ham sounds better than Jon's cardboard beef 😂 This sounds like a much better use of £25, rather than the Charlotte Tilbury set 😂
This ⬆️ never a truer word spoken 🤣
@@dr.claire.perfume 😂
Great overview Claire!
Thank you 🥰
Funny, Angeli di Firenze lasted the whole day on my skin.
I sprayed 2 on each shoulder (4) and one innthe back of my neck and walked in the scorching heat of Amsterdam these days, got the tram back home and people noticed my scent when i entered the room. Not to mention i couldn't pick any latex in it, just white florals.
@@Lucas-ck1po well that's good, I'm happy that you enjoy it 🥰
Thank you for this.
First time hearing about this house…. I need to check it out. Thanks for sharing ❤
Thank you 🥰
I love the bottles!
@@dr.claire.perfume thanks, yes I will, it’s a good price for sure x
It never stop amaze me how some EDP last for 2 hours and some EDT last for hours,,,,
Now I definitely wanna try these fragrances ❤
They are worth trying if you are looking for something different 🥰
I recall Hanibal Lecter had a scene in Santa Maria Novella!
I think I only saw the first film once. I will have to rewatch it. Thanks for letting me know, you know I love fragrance references in films ☺️
@dr.claire.perfume it is a must, it is when he goes to Florencia, I believe. Brilliant :) Good day, Dr. Claire.
@@almatoledo1608 you too! 🥰
@@dr.claire.perfume I'm wearing Bizzarria today in our disgustingly hot and humid weather. I think that's what it was designed for. 🤣
Absolutely!
I have, but a while back, I remember being quite sharp and zingy. I agree that it would suit spring-summer well!
Oooh this looks fun! I love Saturdays for your videos ❤

Waoo that is interesting, I have never heard of that brand or perfumes.
I love neroli... I have to check them out, they sounds so good. 😊
Thank you so much.
Great job, I love to learn more about new things ( too me, of course)
I love the green eyeshadow look you have in this video, you are werry pretty writh that green color. 😀
Big hugs from Denmark
💝🌹🥰
Thank you ❤️ these definitely have a very distinctive style. The ones later on in the video are perhaps the easier ones to get along with, but if you like neroli and don't mind something soapier, then I think the brand has quite a few options. Thanks for watching 🥰

I wrealy don't know if they are fore me, but I like neroli so I just have to see, I think a discovery set are the way fore me.. 😆 I have bought too many blinde b perfumes.
Trying to be responsible 🤣
They are very vintage feeling. If you don't like powdery these might not be for you. 🥰
@@dr.claire.perfume
They sure sounds good.
😀👍
I know... Shocker 😱
I absolutely love monasteries and pharmacies 😂 Austria, Germany and France have some stunners.
I can't predict which you'd like from this. I feel like you might enjoy Gelsomino most but you might go rogue and surprise me. I thought of you with Tabacco Toscano, I think it was the ham 🐖
These were interesting to try. So different to what else is out there and not any ambroxan or cashmeran 😱 how do people do it?! 😂
love your video! new sub..wondered if you have any promo codes, i would love to buy a couple of these scents. thank you for such a wonderful detailed video
Hi claire My love nice enerji
I can't live without you, the sun of my heart, I love you now, my dear.
Thank for watching 🥰
what is the difference of the one i saw recently just called Rosa, not the novella or the gardenia, it just says Rosa
Hi Claire, as a scientist, what is your opinion about phthalates in perfumes?

Happy day!
That's good! And very lovely of them to give such great customer service. 🥰
smoked ham😹😹
my cats would like that
Haha 😂 they'd be all over it!
I found out about this brand because of the James Bond movie 😅
Yep! I think Vesper brought a lot of people to this brand 😂
She said hand bag . I though hamburger and then taking this fine dame on a date🍔
😂 thanks for watching 🥰
Do they lean more to the feminine side generally? Great video.
@dr.claire.perfume really thanks a lot for this beautiful and detailed reply. Again thank you!
No worries ☺️
