Random question for you. I’ve found that sometimes when I select an object to make an icon for my tool chest; I’ll format the properties (colour/name etc) and then save it to my tool box. Sometimes after doing this for several images, I find that suddenly Bluebeam will stop reading the new image, I.e. it suddenly will only past the last image I copied; it won’t past the image I just selected. It’s like the clipboard is too full. How do I stop that?

Yeah I’ve totally seen that before. Usually on certain PDF’s. If you see it happen. Take the pdf with no mark ups. Save it.
Then go to file > Create > from file - choose the pdf and bb will optimize the pdf with Bluebeam secret sauce.
      Works like a charm

Is there a way to do a construction takeoff in Bluebeam, and have it export to a live PDF? my company currently has an outdated excel template for estimates that i have to go back and fourth between, so I am wondering if there is a way to connect a construction drawing to a live PDF as im working in it? Thanks!
