I'm a normal citizen in Xinjiang, I've never seen people (none-Chinese people) like you to deliver the real images in Xinjiang. Watching this in 2020 and it's so strange that you passed through China at the same time I was there! I stayed in Chengdu from June-August 2016 and seeing you unicycling through has reminded me how amazing the experience was. I know I'm a bit late to the game but I watched every one of your Amerca videos as they came out and excited to see the rest of the journey!

    +Ed Pratt was it easy to get a visa for China? I´ve heard that tourist need to be invited? How does that work?

    • @suthobay
      @suthobay 7 лет назад +1

      Very easy to get a visa. Just need photos, round-trip flight, and a hostel or hotel reservation. Don't need an invitation for tourist visa. Done

      +suthobay Would one need a round-trip flight when just crossing china with a bicycle???

    The Chinese people are wonderful. They are truly interested in Westerners. Once in a while a nasty person will yell at you and you’ll never know why. Could be they’re stuck in the Cultural Revolution or maybe dislike Americans. I had a fabulous time cycling in China and it appears you’re having a great time. Good for you! 👍☮️🌞🚵‍♂️

      Yea. It’s Russian. There are a lots of Chinese dialect words came from Russian. Especially people from the provinces that are close to the northern border connecting Russia.

      I think "nice" is maybe an understatment. He seems to have a delightful and generous personality, something which people across the world have recognised and warmly responded to. Great! (Gives me hope.)

    It was nice that u finally left the highway, G means highspeed road owned by the central government, which is absolutely forbidden for riding.
