so it's normal that it makes that popping noise? I have an appointment to take mine in because of that noise. I did not think it was normal. I am relieved to hear that yours is doing it too so it is normal then?
Honestly no, I've been daily driving it for nearly 3 years like this and can't think of anything that's come up that made me wish I had opted for the ride height sensors. Just something else that could go wrong one day.
I just install the Airlift 3p on my car. Going from all aired-out to ride height, it was very concerning to hear that pop up front. Thank you for letting me know what was\is going on with that pop. Great job.
@@SRTorque good to know. Thank you for taking the time to reply back. I was thinking that i was going to take everything apart up front to see if the bags, or anything else, was making contact any where or getting caught on something. Thank you for the peace of mind.
Looks amazing 👏. I just had my airlift 3P installed on my 2019 dodge charger rt and when I air out fully my rear wheels camber and my muffler touches the floor. Does your charger do the same?
Thank you, when I air out fully my rear wheels do camber in which us perfect so my wheels tuck into the wheel wells but my exhaust doesn't touch the ground. It's very close though. If you bought the airlift rear shock you can adjust it to be higher so you aren't hitting your exhaust on the ground. Or you can configure your 3p controller to keep a few psi in your rear bags when you air out so it sits a tad higher.
@@SRTorque Everything I got was from airlift and I told the shop who install it if it's okay the rear being that tuck in that makes my muffler touch the floor and they said yeah there other vehicles are slammed and if I don't want to adjust the rear I could leave 25psi or 30psi all 4 or just the rear. I don't know what State you at, but I'm from Florida and it's either how low your car can go or how high it can go. There's no middle 😄. I love the look how slammed to the ground it looks plus with the 3/8 makes a faster drop and you already know. You have the same. I see on this video you have 315 tires on your rear and you have no issues at all when you air out fully on rear wells?
I'm also in Florida so I understand. The only issues I had was that I really couldn't drive low on 315s, it would rub but it aired out fine. I recently switched to a 305 and now nothing ever rubs.
@@SRTorque That's kool you from here. I meet so many youtube chargers that I didn't even know they live 10 minutes away from me and we have all met up and ride. You in central Florida?
I've not driven a lowered charger on springs before so can't comment on the ride quality there but stock vs bagged it's just as good if not better. You can adjust the ride stiffness with the airlift struts so you can make it as soft or harsh as you want. Out of the box it was a little floaty but after a few clicks it rides very nice. A random person probably wouldn't know it was on air.
I just got this installed, how do you use it with the car off?? Mine doesn’t really register when it’s off Also do you find you still scrape sometimes at drive height? I feel like it’s kind of an understood thing for people, especially with front splitters lol
Awesome video, really enjoyed the in depth set up. 2 questions, how long was your install for the suspension only and did you do it solo? Just to clarify, you didnt adjust any of the shocks at all after installing?
Sorry I didn't get a notification on this post. Suspension only took me a weekend doing the job alone. The only adjustment I've made is the stiffness, I believe it's preset to 15, set it to 20 to make it a little firmer. Now that I've done it I could probably install the suspension in one day.
Great looking car. I'm interested in buying some bags fir my charger. If you don't mind me asking how much was your complete kit and from where did you buy it. Thanks jeep up the good videos.
My kit was the airlift 3P which ran me around 3 grand. Thats air management plus the air struts. This was during last year's black Friday sale. Right now I'd imagine it's probably closer to 4 grand. I ordered from bagriders.com and would recommend. If you are on a budget I'd probably wait for whatever holiday sales they have this year. Thanks for the kind words.
Thanks, I pretty much purchased everything from bagriders. Here's the link for the 3p kit I have. www.bagriders.com/air-ride-kits/chrysler-300-dodge-charger-challenger-air-lift-performance-3p-air-ride-kit.html
This video confirmed air suspension for me and to switch my 315s to 305s. I'm on HR springs right now and my 315s definitely rub

If you did it again, would you opt for the height sensors? Thanks

any problem with the headers hitting the ground
No, you might be close if you have longtubes but plenty of clearance with the stock exhaust.
Hey bro 3p comes with Bluetooth too ?
Yes
Good info video
Thank you

Good job sir. Car looks good
Thank you!
That thing looks bad ass slammed to the ground with the splitter and side skirts.
Thank you 🙏 I love it.

What are your ride height setting and you meet settings?
75 psi in the front, 112 psi rear. Aired out to 0 psi at a meet/show.
Awesome work/set up.How close are the rear shock bodies to the drive axle boots?I just installed the same kit on my 2016 Challenger HC.
Good stuff man. Whats the next plan for the car ?
Thank you, planning on some power mods next.

Looked sick at the pop up meet 🤝💪🏽
Thank you, looking forward to future meets.
Bro how wide are your rear wheels ?
10.5 inch
@@SRTorque do you think it would fit 11s? On the same tire ?
I've seen several people do it. If I ever get new wheels they will be 11s. I guess it just depends on the offset.
Thanks bro appreciate you taking the time to help me out
What size are your rear tires i wonder if i could drop that low on 315s
Looks great! I don’t know if I’d install my own, but nice work. Mind linking all the goods used to bag it..?

hey do you think if you had a 20x11.5 on 305 tire would tuck
I've never seen or heard of an 11.5 tucking but with the perfect offset maybe it can. I've seen plenty tuck 11.0 inch wheels.
Can you go higher then stock I would love to be able to get out of my drive easily without scraping. Lol
Definitely, at the 6:25 mark in the vid it's way higher than stock.
