@geoffmarker9799 I have a few left. I sold them over the years as newer and better Figures came out. I still have Magneto, Iron Man, Thor, Thing. Wolverine, and I might have Hulk and Captain America. I really didn't start getting serious into Action Figure Collecting until 1994, so I don't think I was serious into it when these came out. The only one I still use in my display is the Iron Man. It's so primitive I say it's Obidiah Stane and that's as good as he can do. 😊
@@RisingBean I may be. Like I said, I didn't get serious about Collecting until 1994. Even my Super Powers were the 1992 Toy Biz rereleases rather than the original Kenner.
People online complaining about Iron Man being Tony Stark and not James Rhodes in this figure line are just stupid and don't know anything about Secret Wars. The Mattel toys had Tony as the secret shield and since these are paying the biggest amount of tribute possible to those toys aesthetically and in terms of packaging it only makes sense for Tony to be on that shield. Like I mean for god's sake it includes the stupid ass gun from the Mattel toy.
The original line was after my time (figure wise, I loved the comic series) but just like with Super Powers, though to a lesser extent, I did like seeing them in the toy aisles. I get why they did this Beyonder look, but yeah, I'd have liked something else, since I didn't like SW2 at all. The animated version had more going for him, both look and acting. I don't know how they'd have done it, but something, maybe a background? That could've represented his cosmic look in the original maxi-series. Ironic, because Galactus more cosmic look in the FF movie was a big zero for me and coukd've used the Kirby version.
Does anyone still have their original Marvel Secret Wars figures from the 80s ?
Nope… but I’m starting to collect them !

@@BladeStar-uq6xe You may be thinking of the Marvel Super Heroes line. Thing, Thor and Hulk were sadly not part of the Secret Wars toyline.
I have red and blue Spider-Man and Wolverine. No claws or shields, and the paint was atrocious on these figures so they both have a lot of wear.
