Fucking hell...this game is creepy as hell! And also cute! I don't know how to feel about it. Also, the lack of any music makes me feel sooooo alone. Really fantastic game design!
If by Collection you mean both games, 40$ worth is perfect, making Night Alone feel free due to Yomawari: Midnight Shadows already being 40$, at least where I live.
I love this series but whoever thought it was a good idea to make it so you can only get the platinum trophy by playing 50 hours deserves a slap around the back of the head. Otherwise a fantastic and unique horror.
This game has insta death to literally everything. Not even dark souls does that, the no penalty to death system is designed to balance that. And the insta death system is designed to extend a super short game as much as they can.
im still weary of buying this game two reason one my right analog stick does not work (hopefully its not needed) also i dont know the current price and is it worth it.
I dropped it after 15 minutes its godawful, i just cant get over the control system and how your flashlight snaps to set angles making it almost impossible to see shit
It's not a 4 hour game dude. Yeah the story can be completed in 4 hours but this game's scope heavily encourages exploration to find out the history of the town with many MANY detours along the way. Put it like this on the PS Vita one of the Trophies requires that you play the game... for 50 hours although being honest it's really got only like... 20 hours of gameplay if you want to unlock everything.
It's not, your perception is just very shallow. The game doesn't just rely on it's main story to get it's point across, there is a tremendous amount of exploration involved in this game that uncovers the lore within the town. Most horror games tend to keep their story within the scope of the main characters but this one makes it painfully clear something awful has happened within the town . It's more than deserving of it's price tag, the only real complaint I have is that figuring out how certain spirits function in this game can be a matter of trial and error if you don't read the guide or the manual.
Who would run on purpose into enemies, while playing a cute little child? You monster :(

well for $20 it might be too much for a short game play but its on sale on steam for 4.99 that 1.25 an hour that's definitely worth it!
You're a good reviewer. Pertinent and concise. Thanks for the review.
I saw the collection on Switch for $40. That's a bit high of a price for this so I don't think I'll be getting it anytime soon.
ProfessorCreepyPasta agree. I’d like to play it on switch but 40.00 is too much in my opinion.

Now it has a discount to 14.99
Got the collection for 15 recently

Lmao true. And stay in home for 15 mins. Just why
Amazing review as always! The game definitely looks interesting enough. I cannot wait to stream it on Halloween :)
Thanks Dazed! I'll look forward to your stream :)
Name of the piano score being played in the background?
Another great review in the books.
Thanks Johnie! Hope you're doing well.
Downward Thrust Thanks, you too. Happy Halloween season!

I'm gonna wait till Halloween to play it. Thanks for the review.
Succinct, honest review. Thanks
People who complain about short games.... I don't even have anything clever to say, just shove it.
Seems like a cute game !
The second game is already out.

only one soul reason i am not buying this interesting game. Its far too short
Rab carn I reccomend you purchase it when it goes on sale. I got it for about $7, over 50% cheaper than the original $20 price.
Bread and Brown :)
I dropped it after 15 minutes

Sounds like this game is all good looks.
$20, bad game design, short length.
Not my kind of game.

Hm. Well okay then. I think I'll put this game back on my wish list and wait for a sale.
