Bando Kukri Training: Dr. Maung Gyi

This is a unique rare video training film of Dr. U. Maung Gyi, the father of American Bando, teaching a seminar in the "Kukri." Filmed in 1986 at the Bando training center in Athens, Ohio. This video demonstrates excellent examples of multiple striking techniques by Bando legend Dr. Gyi. Present for this training were many of the current Bando Grandmasters and special guest King Abdullah Hussein of Jordan. Edited by Michael Kinney for Bob Maxwell.

Awesome, Dr Gyi is the quintessential MA Master. I have never met anyone who is both exceptionally skilled in combat and healing arts. If you don't know ne had a stroke recenty but is rapidly recovering. Send him you New Year's blressings to help him heal faster.
