Blew out both ACLs had both replaced with various body parts I regret every bit of it. Especially my right knee which the surgery utterly ruined my life. I can no longer run I have to stave myself to maintain a somewhat healthy weight. He tore out my pettla tendon and it never healed right. That is not what makes me mad ether what makes me mad is he manipulated me into that surgery and almost killed me with a incompetent anesthesiologist that should have known it was unsafe to use general anesthesia on me. But no now I have to deal with the trama and the pain both. I did everything right as well and was very active now I am nothing more than a cripple in his 20s.

Thank you so much for your tips! The tip about not taking it personally is great and something I can apply to my experience now as a shadower/volunteer. There’s so much going on in their life besides you and so it’s important to keep in mind that it might not be you at all. Also I wanted to ask what kind of rehab center are you opening? Sounds so exciting (saw from instagram)

@@LovelyyOT I liked that you said, sometimes they just need little things, maybe go to the toilet, make a phone call I never thought of that. All you've said I did hear before in school but now with my first intership behind me I can relate with what you said and it was nice to hear it again from you. You know currently a week ago i started my second internship beeing an OT student. I am dealing with a client an elder man that is trying to be flirty. But I really dont understand him that well (italian man) he also is not very good at coversation he wont really give me a proper reply when talking to him. He'll randomly change topic. I am doing therapy on his scar tissue on his hand. I would love to hear from you how you have dealed with creepy old patiens flirty patients or patients that maybe tried to get your number etc. or people that ask you to much about your personal life. Just your experiences with patients that went a bit far. All the best! Thank you!
