That’s how I put my gems on. I took a recommendation from long hair pretty nails and got the poochiez bling gel and top coat and they’re amazing!! My gems last until I go get them done again which is every 3 weeks !

What stuff do you recommend for beginners, like should we splurge and get good stuff or just start with cheap stuff to practice? Would love a vid on tips for beginners!
Get a kit from makartt! That has a light in it. I wouldn’t recommend getting bigger stuff like a drill until you’ve practiced a bit!
Once you do get a drill I’ve been trying out the Kiera sky acrylics and they’ve Been pretty easy for me to use as a beginner too

Lily P Hi! Definitely would recommend starting with the $50 Makartt kit if you’re wanting to do poly gel. You can also start off with a $5 battery powered file. It all depends on what product you’re wanting to use! Gel, poly gel, acrylic and dip all need different stuff 😊

We got married at the town hall, with our parents and a couple friends present. No extended family / no acquaintances, no nothing, and it was amazing! I was expecting people to be upset, but it was our decision and we knew we wouldn't be comfortable making a big spectacle out of the ceremony. I wouldn't change a thing. I hope your ceremony was amazing too! So happy for you! 💜

Literally everything you said about why you had a small wedding is exactly why i want a tiny wedding! I dont have many friends, i do have family but we arent traditional. every polygel video you do you say your method is a little weird or unconventional... maybe it is but frankly it works the best. I've tried so many other ways to do polygel and frankly the method you use of laying a bit along the shape you want and then shaping from there is absolutely 100000% the easiest way to work with polygel, regardless of how sticky or slippy it is

Emily, I got married in my living room in a led zep shirt and hello kitty pajama pants. It was the best. And we have been married for 5 years now and we have a lil girl. Trust me when I say you won't miss the headache of a big wedding. People do big weddings to show off and please others more than they are thinking about the sacred act of marriage. Im not trying to dog on ppl that have had big weddings, im just saying what i preferred and what i did.
