The Speaker enforces the house rules to keep order in the house. They are supposed to do this impartially. When the speaker issues an order to he government as passed by the house and the government fails or refuses to comply then the only recourse is to stop all business in the house until the order is complied with. IMHO.
Hopefully this is the scandal will take the corrupt government down
