You guys are on point with your content right now
All that’s left is a couple of games of strip chess between Aman and Eric and i can die satisfied
It’s not really each particular person‘s move individually if they are discussing every move amongst them.
Exactly
Yep, it kind of wrecked it. That and Sam speaking for 80% of the game.
I can see what you mean. But think of deception based board games played IRL - “good guys” always explicitly encourage other players to act in a certain way. It’s up to each individual how to respond to that advice. Personally I think the chaos is absolutely part of the game!
@@chessbrah yeah I get it. Maybe I need to let it digest. LoL. I love you guys though! Been watching yall for a long time now!
This was kinda hard to watch, having 4 guys speaking at the same time and one of them (not naming who, you know who) constantly talking over the others.
“When dealing with 2000s” when homie is only 2050, like difference between an 1800 and 2050 isn’t that big, bro needs to hop off his high horse…
true, that was my exact thought, my current rating is 2140 blitz, but one a bad day i can tilt and drop to high 1900s hahahahaha as I did a couple times before. And When i was averaging 2050 this was a lot more common, sometimes even getting close to 1800.
Really great video, I love the concept. Only thing I would suggest is to maybe have the guys lock their moves in via chat so theres less discussion during the game, it can be quite hard to follow, then you can have Aman comment on the game. There could be a discussion after the game between the players where they then vote on who they think the imposter is. Potentially, you could have them play 2 or 3 3min blitz games with the opportunity to discuss and vote out who they think the imposter is after every game, thats if you want to go full among us.
As usual, the Chessbrahs continue to come up with the best innovations in chess content! Go Aman!
I like the direction the channel is going. I like the thumbnails, the editing, the ideas, etc. If you're going full revamp, I think I would phase out some of the old songs in place of some new ones. Also, are we going to see Eric much more? I feel like we are missing one of the brahs.
2050 talking about 1950 "when you are dealing with under 2000s, you can't use chess logic" is so based
Man i love this concept, keep it up !
Hang on, this isn't amogus.
The summary rating of four 1900 players is literally below 1900 because of unexpected opening I think
but with chess this isn't gonna be lighthearted
It would be nice to have the player's cams on screen during the game so it would be easier to get a sense for who was saying what. It is really hard to follow who's saying what just based on the mics lighting up on discord
Felix was definitely making really sus moves that game. I was convinced that it was either feliz or dustin from the start.
"ah shit", "ah shit"
I know Dustin pretty well, and he is a Sicilian player through and through. He's definitely a fish out of water in the French!
Since the guys get confused about who’s turn it is, it would be nice to have a plugin that cycles through 4 different colored board themes and each player could get assigned a color so no one would have to guess who’s turn it is.
I think the chaos is part of the 'fun' / social strategy.
more of this please
Love this content - can’t wait for the next installment of the series 😊
8:50 opponent was the impostor
Damn... good thing this genius detective guy Tim is on the team or they were cooked
14:50 The editor highlighted Dustin and Sam's moves at the start. But, uh, I'd vote Dustin on this one.
this is a brilliant format - my only suggestion is: play with more time on both sides, it is entertaining enough to keep the viewership high
I really like this video series. Would love longer time format, so they have more time to talk and find good moves or bad but good looking moves.
A message to the editor:
Can we have "whos making the move icon" on top left or something?
Like, in addition to the graphic on the bottom right?
@@AT.824 Yeah I just find it hard to know which player made what move when they discuss it post game
Love this idea
more of this plz
Love it. 2025 is blessing us with some iconic chessbrah content
I’ve been waiting for this, LFG
Love this content!
What's the Jospem line
With 20+ seconds no 1900+ player would play b3.
00:00 Aman appears
18:17 Aman disappears
I want to play one of these it’s so cool
Felix was so annoying
nah Sam
He was the imposter so it makes sense
Id love to see this with gms. 🤣🤣 Im imagining a game where someone like Magnus is an imposter. Id like to see how this would play out with players being serious powerhouses.
i haven’t watched this to the end, but sam is hella sus
I thought it was tim but they're all so bad XD
the lowest elo player in this vid is top 1% lol.
@mateusznowicki9358 yeah I'm peak 2100 rapid but it still feels really low quality. Like not understanding basic plans in the french
Can you give me a brief description of the basic ideas of the French, kings Indian, kings gambit, Queen's gambit, the fried liver, Stafford gambit, the scotch, the London, the Sicilian, the Scandinavian, and 3 more openings that you havent studied in any way before? 1 paragraph for each variation, for 10 variations for each opening should suffice for my very simple request for a 2100, right? Or are you a poor quality player?
Always a good show but for the next installment would like to see 3000 elo a 1k and 2k elo player team up
Is that Felix Blohberger?
Love this.
With 20 seconds there is no reasonable world a 1850 doesn’t even consider Rg6.
If this is not a series, i will start a petition to cancel the channel...dont try me😂😂😂....jokes aside...this is great content
Damn, these guys were kinda terrible
And how many IM norms do you have? What's your elo? Name 3 moves by each player that sucked and why
На самом деле прикольно, что двое из них русские ахах. Ну или хотя бы знают русский язык
Tim
Sam is annoying
Just a few minutes in; poor positional play by black
I dont know about anyone else bue all that back and forth talking is extremely annoying to me. I'd rather have Aman's commentary.
It's a very interesting idea but I had to stop watching because the Sam guy was just too irritating. Especially when he told someone else they were talking too much. The lack of self awareness was impressive!
Sam
