Ingredients for banana tunnel:
250 g ground butter biscuits
100 g of melted butter
50 g of powdered sugar
2 teaspoons cocoa
2 tablespoons rum
so many tablespoons of milk to make the mass easy to shape
biscuits for completion
Stuff:
1 pack of banana pudding powder (or other)
400 ml of milk
250 g low fat soft cottage cheese (or Philadelphia)
sugar to taste (approx. 3-4 tbsp)
1 vanilla sugar
2 whole bananas
Frosting:
80 ml of whipped cream
100g hot chocolate

Krásny koláčik, robím niečo podobné, miesto rumu dávam banánový likér v ktorom marinírujem aj banány.
