Believe it or not, THAT ending was horrific (in a good way) The fact that you used a white void instead of blackness, then the black void takes over from what it looks like. That was almost a claustrophobic feel. Excellent job!
Want to know what happens when the void consumes you? (It's not pretty, but i'm going to tell you my theory, anyway.) Do you remember the music video of "4 Minutes" by Madonna & Justin Timberlake, where a void-like thing consumes everyone in the music video, and actually makes you see the gore of them being eaten alive by the void? I think it's like that.
Or they "glitch" out of reality and makes them "seperate" and that's how the gore occurs, possibly.
Two theories, at least.
@@CorridorOfMirrorsRemixes This is exactly why i am currently studying the Blender program, i have been hooked on the backrooms videos since the first found footage video i watched. If i can't learn it that good, than i would love to have someone absorb and portray some ideas i come up with. My imagination is nuts as far as analog horror and liminal space goes. Well anyways, keep up the good work, looking forward to more of YOUR ideas especially, you can only watch so many Backrooms videos before they all start looking alike, but this video you did caught my interest.

In the Backrooms, I think smiles are a bad omen. You can look at smilers, or party goers, as opposed to frowners, or party poopers. You see, there's a pattern. The way we let people know that we do not mean any ill intent is with a distinct lack of smile.

Would be really cool if you made an interactive video about the backrooms where the viewers get to choose, for example, which slide to pick and then check the consequences of their decisions on a separate video that comes from clicking on that choice.

It was kind of the same with sr pelos underpants series, but since youtube removed the options to click your choice, you just have to go to the description and click the video
There was a TikTok account that did this but they got banned. Some of their vids are on their yt (this is frank)
Since all other backrooms videos like this usually end in level 94, I think ppl should have way more variety and make the endings end up in other levels, like level 22, or other less-talked about levels - Or just any level other than 94, for example they can end up in level HOTEL CHASE (my favorite level)

Why would you go headfirst? What if it was a trap and the slide just runs into a wall? It would be impossible to climb out. At least you would have a chance of escape if you went feet first.

Edit: upon second thought I assume it’s so that they don’t have to animate the legs, though i suppose another explanation could be that the hazmat suits would get in the way?

I love these videos, but if I were to go down them I'd do the grippy hand thing to slow myself down, and if the end was unfavorable, I'd climb back up. They don't look too steep.

Yeah thats a good idea but as the others said it may not even work because like oil and stuff exists. So the best way really would be either tie a rope around the entrance of the slide thats sticking out the wall and tue it to yourself and then go in, or if youre with multiple people like in the video- make one of them tie the rope to themselves and one end to you so they will have to stand at the entrance and make sure they dont fall in because the whole point is to be able to get you back out.

Nice animation, the people walking and the going down the slide could be a bit more smooth but other than that its great!
I've been on real tube slides in the 80s and 90s, and even in the water ones it takes acrobatic-level skill to turn around halfway through without getting stuck or tumbling over.

I love the work but I am going to post a SMALL criticism, the only thing that stands out to me: The movement is a bit uncanny. Not to the point where it's flat out inhuman, but the guys look like they're robotripping or something (which maybe you'd (read: me or anybody else for that matter, would :) have to do to be a backrooms researcher IDK). Overall the work is great. One other thing I'd say, more specifically to anybody who watches these videos and gets inspired, is that it would be really awesome to see a competing research unit with different hazmat suits working. The backrooms is definitely big enough to accommodate it :)
oh and one additional note: You are among several backrooms creators who I think are criminally underrated, and I love watching the growth of all of you. I want to make a video series cataloguing some of the underrated creators and you can bet I will be pointing at your work among others as places for people to keep an eye out for great things :)

In the backrooms (well, in the most widley accepted version of the backrooms) theres stuff like almond water that can be found randomly in levels and there are in particular levels vending machines and there are like bases and you can trade with the people that are there. Think there r also hotels on some levels I mean like anything is possible, you can also make up your own level with food and stuff lol
There has to be other endings where we look at the POV of the other 2 Async employees
