i just took note of it and thought the same.... That should be standard issue. I'm a garbage man in sweden and no truck has the swedish flag on it.... But almost all men put a swedish flag inside the truck
Awesome video, been meaning to watch this for a few days and it was really enjoyable. Particularly liked seeing the cardboard trucks unload. That Freightliner's load sure slipped out easily haha that trucks sounds great too, I've taken a liking to those old school Freightshakers for both their sound and looks. The Octo MSL's driver sure is a pro. Loved watching that trick he did at 6:55 to get the remaining bits outta there. No insult to the video or anything but I would love to see an ADR unload when it's fully loaded. That's one awesome thing about recyclers, how they dump is always so cool haha Enjoyed the video, great job!
WMmaster626 The STS has a "cone" or "tapered" body, like a Bridgeport ASL, which makes the trash fall out more easily. It's pretty clever. The cardboard guy, Ricardo has been doing it for 15 years, and he isn't young either. Definitely an industry veteran. I have an old video from 2015 of a full ADR unloading. Consider it your reward for such a wordy comment ruclips.net/video/Grpof8Bz_ew/видео.html
shadofax96 The ADR was almost empty because it was the last load of the day. The cardboard trucks were probably very loosely packed because they figured out getting cardboard into an MSL that's close to full can be a big pain, as evidenced here: ruclips.net/video/u05bhNPqZYY/видео.html
Great video! Enjoyed watching these unique trucks dump! Do the papers and cardboard that end up in the containers' side of the truck still have an opportunity to get recycled?
TheNVTrashMan Yes they do! There's a sorting line where they pull the wrong materials from both sides. I'll send a link of that video your way if I can dig up the video
Irvin Wittmeier you can’t dump all your material in one spot because the pile will grow higher and then the recyclables won’t go out of the truck because there is no room
I'm a little baffled by those trucks. There doesn't seem to be an effective way to unload the double sided one. Not sure why the triple compartmented one came back to the yard. None of the compartments was full. The last one doesn't have an effective way to empty it either.
@@trashmonster26 most of them seemed to dump pretty far out from the pile and were flooring it. like we get you have to loosen the load so its not gonna be one neat pile but when they drag it out it blocks everyone up until we go and push everything up and it slows everyone because we cant be everywhere at once and we cant stack piles after every single truck
That’s a thick jawn, good snipe.
Thanks!
I've never seen a split body truck before. Or any recycling truck with 3 hoppers like that. This video was very fun
The 3 compartment truck had the most efficient unloading
joshua
only because it had nothing to unload
Really!! Interesting arrangements on those trucks.
Wow. Bet that truck felt better.
Nice split body refuse truck

Love the American flag on the back of the truck.

@@Ztertis Do you really want your flag on garbage?

It's interesting to see how little material is actually collected.

cool video mate
like the truck thanks
The first truck tipping is the exact same sound as the truck tipping in trash truck simulator
Lol I play that game and it's true
Why do these have 3 grabbers?
Push the button eject the load drive off how hard is it really
Irvin Wittmeier you can’t dump all your material in one spot because the pile will grow higher and then the recyclables won’t go out of the truck because there is no room
As a garbage man you can push it all out in one spot and it will all fall out when you pull forward, the way this guy is unloading it is stupid
I don’t know my dad drives front loader for republic services from midnight to about 2:30 in the afternoon
That includes regular garbage, cardboard and recycling
Same truck y is the right side emtpying out side then the left on the inside....
Chris Partlow cuz outside is for cans n bottles and inside is for papers n boxes
Gotcha....
Why are they split
To the last few ax ila
Not even 30 seconds in and near had a crash like do people know how to drive

the triple loader truck seems to be a waste of money to me.
Sean Brooking it serves their needs. If it didn't make financial sense it wouldn't be in the fleet.

so as a loader operator if drivers were dumping like that id be pissed like put your load in the pile dont spread it across the entire station.
which driver are you referring to that did that? all of them?

What’s the name of this waste company
At the time it was Davis Waste Removal, they have since been bought out
Nobody noticed same truck same video repeated.
Seriously I feel like I've just watched each of these garbage trucks take one huge massive shit.

Why all the stopping and stating, just push the shit out and drive away. Took too long to just empty iy.
Oh forgot to say for all the beeping learn how to edit
Irvin Wittmeier the beeping really enhances the vibes. maybe you should learn to appreciate a backup beeper dude.
