6 wickets down for 180 then to loose by 38 runs while chasing 372 bloody good effort
a tip : you can watch series on Flixzone. Been using them for watching all kinds of movies recently.
@Kannon Bradley definitely, I have been using flixzone for since november myself =)
WORTHLESS UMPIRING
worst umpiring
vengsarkar decision was shocker
Had India applied themselves better in this series,the scoreline would have been 2-2 as we played very well in Adelaide and Sydney. Although we lost 0-4, we weren't drubbed by any standards. Cricket purists would definitely agree.
But the application was sorely lacking though, and the ultimate result is what matters. Losing 0-4 has to count as a drubbing.
Kapil dropped Boon in the deep before he went on to make a big hundred in the 2nd innings…😔
Azza’s century in the 2nd innings here…absolutely UNFORGETTABLE😎❤️🤗
@@VVS167 Very true. Great counter attacking innings considering that he was out of form on that tour until that knock.
@Ahaan It's your opinion. May not be that way with everyone.
what a game sadly IND lost narrowly they lost narrow tests to AUS at GABBA '67, ADELAIDE 81, THIS ONE AND LATER ON ADELAIDE 2014,, ALL HEART BREAKS...
Kapil Dev had no limits in performance until his career end.
Kapil Bowling at real pace!
Tendulkar & Mark Waugh bowling medium pace , getting wickets,very rare sight to see
Both Tendulkar & Mark Waugh started their bowling career with medium pace.
@TJ
I think you're one among the stand up comedians interested in creating humor based cricketing stories. 😌
@TJ
Instead, feed those chocolates to your children when you tell them these stories (I mean your facts). The children would realize the gravity of your facts so you can save yourself by giving them the toffees.
I'm seriously joking like you.
😵😵😌😌☺😊
@TJ
Wait, nepotism? What's about that?? You look better in humor, not in tragic truth of life.
@TJ
Merry Christmas to you !!!
🎅 🎁 🎄 ❤ ☺😊
Most of of the LBW's are give in favor of Australia. That point of time till the neutral umpire's are introduced 60% of match win by umpire's for Australia.
where as rain robbed india of wins at MELBOURNE' 86, SYDNEY '92,04' and 2019 , cruel heart breaks
India good fight
Manjrekar tendulkar shastri vengsarkar amre Mumbai lobby was strong during that era
C Pandit also later joined by Vinod Kambli
So many lbws my goodness
Excellent. Can you upload all wkts 1985 Melbourne boxing day test ind v aus?
Kapil Dev bowled superbly. But he has no support.
This series is generally considered to be a disaster for India, but looking back now we almost won in Sydney and fought really hard in Adelaide. With a little luck it could have been 2 all leading into Perth. The 2011-12 defeat was far worse.
Tendulkar plumb twice.... Lbw. 😊😊😊
One of a long series of what-might-have-beens for the Indians on away tours. This team was not that bad - seniors like Srikanth, Shastri and Vengsarkar, experienced players like Azhar and Manjrekar, the young sensation Tendulkar, and even 2 very capable all-rounders like Kapil and Prabhakar. Yet the result shows 0-4.
Bowling department was perhaps not that strong.. but they mainly failed at batting.
We lost big moments. It was more individual performances rather than team effort. Add to that divisive team with a poor leader
@@krishnendubasu007 Absolutely! 👍
Mcdermott was the star bowler of this series , remember everyone struggling against him. For some reason he was never given due credit by media and public
The run out affected by pandit was awesome. Vengsarkar in the second innings was moving across and was out lbw.
HORRIBLE THIRD CLASS UMPIRING .....VENGSARKAR DECISION WAS SHOCKING
People compare Tendulkar with anyone is simply out of their love interest to the players but comparing Tendulkar is not justice to him by any means....
@ 6.39 David boon walks like he tu kya throw karena re but 😀😀😀
Loosing for winning position was our old problem not new
Itis rare sight that sachine is bowling and also taking wickets
Mate Tendulkar has 201 international wickets
Where did all those seagulls go ???
just look at the pitch on day 1 & 2. Good encouragement for the bowlers. Even in Australia, the pitches have become more & more batsmen friendly post 2002.
Azhar played such good innings... But still people branded him un-inspirational... Is jumping high in the air pumping fists inspirational..🤨
He was one of the best batsmen in the world at this time.
Good performance by India but just not sufficient.
McDermott had similar action to Waqar yunus
Darrell Hair will never have an award for impartial umpiring named after him. With a non-partisan umpire India would have won this by 3 or 2 wickets.
I wonder how much Hair was paid for his split-second LBW dismissals.
Lazy David boon run out chandrakant pandit
@5.37 what crap win prediction....
All these LBW's are not out because back in the day if you are on the front foot playing a shot you are not out. That was the law
No it wasnt mate.
@@CricketInsights I think you are not aware about the laws of the game off that time
@@krishnendubasu007 Mate I am fully aware that you are making up the laws of the game right now.
@@CricketInsights Please explain the LBW laws of that time? Was the front foot benefit of doubt concept not there at that time?
@@krishnendubasu007 there was benefit of the doubt but you said it was the law if hit on front pad. never the law.
Saala kya match tha Australians bowled hone ki practice kar rahe the aur Indians LBW ke Boon ka toh sone ke liye gaddi chahiye
I read Harsha Bhogle writing about this test match for umpiring as being the worst. I mean you are playing fucking cheats in their own backyard , but I didn’t find the decisions any controversial. The LBWs looked adjacent
Kris srikanth , s manjrekar,manoj prabakar in the first innings, its wrong decisions from umpire
Third class umpiring
Staggeringly bad decision for Vengsakar in the second innings
@@markbailey1970 What was wrong with it?
Azhar, prabhakar were into match fixing. Vengsarkar, Shastri, Srikkant were a liability by this time.
10:33, Azhar cheating Manjrekar
