This was a big surprise, I did not know about this battle beforehand..
I’ve always loved international battles and this was a very interesting clash of styles as there both unorthodox..
Obviously hollow gentleman 30 but quill was fire as well and his first round was slept on.

Ich finde man merkt halt immer, dass 3/4 der Crowd einfach nicht bei englischen Matches mitkommen. Ich würde von mir selbst behaupten, dass ich sehr gut Englisch spreche, aber dennoch fällt es mir teils super schwer einem Quill, der voll in seinem Pattern ist, mit all den Insidern zu folgen. Oft reacted die Crowd einfach nur, weil man halt merkt, dass man reacten sollte. Jede*r spürt zwar, dass Quill und Hollow auf einem geisteskranken Niveau rappen (alleine auch das acting), aber es kommt trotzdem nicht geil, wenn man eigentlich nur drauf wartet, dass man ne Line zu 100% checkt. Hollows Kato Schlafzimmer Anekdote ist nen super Beispiel dafür (auch wenn es wirlklich einfach krass lustig war), dass einfache Line, wo tatsächlich alle alles checken, am besten ziehen. Ich will das Leistung der beiden 0 downplayen, aber ich persönlich finde doch, das englische Battles, so krass die Rapper auch sind, einfach Fahrt an so nem Abend rausnehmen und deplatziert bei deutschen Events sind.

Deplatziert würde ich jetzt nicht sagen, weil es halt schon eine kleine, aber solide Fanbase für englischsprachige Battles gibt... aber beim Rest bin ich zu 100 % bei dir.
Verstehe eigentlich schon relativ gut Englisch, aber das ist einfach zu viel und zu schnell auf einmal.
Aber trotzdem natürlich nichts als Respekt für die MC's (selbst, wenn sie Inuit-Sprache verwenden würden, würde man checken, dass sie's abnormal drauf haben 😅) und Dltlly.

geht mir ähnlich ich muss mich auch ziemlich konzentrieren und spul auch öfter mal zurück um mir ne line mehrmals anzuhören vorallem wenn UK und US Rap aufeinander trifft aber deplaziert finde ich es nicht es ist halt mal was besonderes solche Stars bei sich zu haben und mit der Zeit wird es für die meisten auch leichter mehr zu verstehen das ist vlt der Anfang eines langen Prozesses aber wie cool wär es wenn wir in paar Jahren vlt soweit sind das Deutsche MC's auf Augenhöhe mit den internationalen Rappern mithalten könnten klar ist das erstmal unrealistisch aber aller Anfang ist schwer 💪😅
