The mom who told them to put her son back in the cruiser is a real one. These kids need to learn NOW, before it’s too late
I was looking for this! Being a good parent isn’t always enough but it could be the difference of life or death for that kid.
I felt bad for her, the fact that her son behaves in such a way that she even needs to say it... Never disrespect your parents, and she seemed like a good one.
These kids are out of control!! I would never be so disrespectful
WRONG. All I seen was cop aggression.

That cop picked that kid in the red jacket up like furniture.

I didn't like that. He picked him up like a garbage bag and threw him. That's not cool.
You don’t need TV in this neighborhood. Just sit on the front porch with a cup of tea and watch.
4D Cinema, sight, sound, touch, and smell
That's how my next door neighbors used to be. We would hear the yelling and we would pull our chairs out there and wait for the ambulance and the cops to show up. EVERY TIME and almost EVERY NIGHT!! They finally quit drinking and all the fun was over.

The parents who claimed their kids did nothing wrong are the same ones wholl be at trial one day telling the judge how their kids are good kids who never did nothing wrong. Those type of parents will let their kids do whatever with no consequences or discipline.
100%, I’ve been in the streets and seen wilder stuff than this when I was young and it’s always the kids who have sucker parents that cause the most trouble. Usually they end up dead or in jail.

The difference between the mom that called the police liars and the mom that told them to put her son back in the car is NIGHT AND DAY. Unbelievable how two parents can have their kids in the EXACT SAME situation and respond so completely differently from each other. We all know which mom is a good mom, too, and which one is going to raise her son to be in and out of trouble with the law.
Yup.
The scary part is that her son was still there with the other shit heads, even though he has a good mother.
Yea neither mom is good. Females are horrible at manipulation tho right? Lmao
@@jonosterman2878how do you know she is a good mom? You can't know that based off this one video. So ignorant
Truth. We know that kids behave differently in groups than with their parents. To think your child didn’t fight because ‘he stays in the house’ and is a ‘good child’ but was outside getting in trouble is crazy. The cop didn’t say he was a problem child but let’s not act like they were sitting on the sidelines yelling for everyone to ‘stop!’
The two moms that checked their kids I salute you for holding them accountable. The other moms you all have a hard lesson to learn, you know your kids and you know their behavior instead of insuring they went home and stayed in the house, you chose to believe their behavior was justified. If you don't live there you shouldn't be there creating havoc in community you don't reside in.

This is tyranny. #1 they don’t need to tell you where they live or their names. 4th amendment. You need reasonable articulable suspicion of a crime to detain or insist on identification. You can’t be loitering when you live there. You can’t be arrested for “obstruction” if there wasn’t a crime or suspicion of a crime to start with- obstruction is a secondary charge.

I sort of agree but he was agitated and there was like 15 kids, they needed to detain the agitated kids that kept going back to where the officers were. If he had of gotten more worked up he may have tried to hit an officer, which would've hurt the officer and gotten himself into more trouble
@ i mean they detained some kids for not even talking to them
@JdCaveman to find out if they were breaking the law or not by loitering at the property. The kids that did answer were told to just back up.
running towards a police officer literally hitting your body against him, even if you're a kid you could have a knife or try to attack the officer, either way after that he tried to stop the officer from arresting his sister, that's interference of an arrest. At that point they can arrest him whenever, and the kid was way too agitated, getting a bunch of people pumped up is the last thing you want when arresting someone, people start screaming, getting closer to police officers, it starts getting difficult to understand what's going on and more difficult for the police officers to garantee everyone's safety.
1 you can’t run up on a cop while they are cuffing someone like that kid or not , 2 I think the officer could have at least told him to go back first before just straight up cuffing the kid in red

Not tru, they weren't being arrested initially. A Police officers job is to Office. Look it up. He was doing his job. Ppl always start with the officer saying they aren't doing their job, when infact those kids were all wrong. The first teen wasn't seen doing anything wrong. He didn't resist. He even asked to be put in the car faster, after seeing what was being caused. He also doesn't have to answer questions. None of them do.
That one mother was right to be skeptical of the police. Looks to me like the first teen (her son), was walking away and then confronted by the police. The kid in the red shirt, ran up to tell the cops that he had nothing to do with it. From that point, one officer led the charge in detaining a bunch of kids. I'm not defending the behavior of these kids, but I'm skeptical of the very first arrest that set this whole ordeal into motion. I think the police should have asked him to leave first.

The cop obviously doesn't know the rules, it's not obstruction, they each have the right to remain silent. SO YOU CAN'T CUFF THEM FOR REFUSING TO ANSWER QUESTIONS.
