I’m on a no buy/ low buy. I can’t buy anything without panning what I have. I can replace base items like concealer and foundation when they are gone. Lipstick is a big no buy. Lip gloss has to be panned to get a new one. I don’t NEED any makeup. I have to say I have been enjoying using what I have. Last year I did a big declutter and now all I have, I use. I love the tartlet in bloom palette. One of my new “rules” for buying a palette is it must have more mattes than shimmers and I must use all the shadows. And I don’t use black liner or shadow. I finally found a small palette with all mattes and I love the formula. Bakeup Neutral palette is a good price point and the size of a credit card!
I have 5 eyeshadow pallets and one of them is the Tartelette in Bloom. The others are ND Glam, two of the fabulous older Milani pallets and an LA Girl. This is EXACTLY the content I'm looking for this year as 2025 is a NO BUY YEAR for me. I may allow myself to buy one or two things next fall during the sales, but only if I use all my products by concentrating on learning what I like, what works, and as a result whether I need anything new.
Ohh good one the Iconic London primer, think I can finish that one this year. I totally forgot I love it! Such a fun video and so inspiring to be mindful and use what you have.💕
This is what I've been wanting to do as well. I jist was t sure how to go abkut doing a project pan without feeling overwhelmed by it. I like your thoughts on how you want to try it a different way this time, and I hope it work's out for you.
My main goal is to hit pan in everything in my stash! I don’t have to stress over finishing items completely and I should be able to switch out my products faster so I don’t get bored
Still own and use Tartlette in Bloom!🙋♀️ Enjoyed seeing your thought process and think you made great selections! Don’t think I could realistically do a no buy but definitely plan to buy significantly less this year! The way you do that barely there liner is just gorgeous…I’ve tried to do it but it just looks messy…sigh…will keep trying!
Im cutting back on most makeup purchases this year so I love videos promoting using what you have. My original Kosas powder broke like yours and I was determined to finish it. It took forever so I eventually gave up but I think I at least got the value out of it. I’ve seen people pan it so maybe I just don’t use as much. Who knows!
I selected a couple of items this year to use regularly that I know I love and want to incorporate more often (I'm also trying to find my signature look 😂). These include the Rose Inc Blush in Heliotrope and the MAC Blush in Blush Please. I also have the Beauty Pie Eye Brightener and Highlighter Stick. This year is definitely a low-buy year for me-something I actually started last year. I think I spent about 60% less than before! 🎉
so there was this period in my life when i kept attracting the wrong people, wrong opportunities, everything just felt…off. i couldn’t figure out why it kept happening. then one day, a friend mentioned a book called Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane, saying it helped them see the patterns they didn’t even realize they had. i decided to give it a read, and wow, it opened my eyes to how much my own energy was shaping my life. seriously, this book is something else.
how would you compare the formula of the mario cream blush balm thing (lol) to the haus labs glossy blush stick and the merit blush balms? id love to see a comparison video
I am really trying to buy less, a no buy until my birthday (August) is probably not realistic, but definitely for a few months😊. And yes still have the tartlette in bloom!
I decluttered my older In Bloom because it just wasn’t performing the same. I recently repurchased when Tarte had it on sale for $20. I’m shocked that it looks like it’s being discontinued. They now have a mini in bloom so I’m wondering how the new one compares. It’s such a staple, but maybe smaller palettes are more popular now?
i remember this one night i was scrolling aimlessly, feeling like i had hit rock bottom. it felt like nothing i wanted was ever going to happen for me. i don’t know why, but i clicked on this link about the book Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane, and something about it drew me in. the more i read, the more i felt like it was written just for me. it’s wild how much a single book can change your perspective.
a while back, i hit a point where i felt like everything was out of my control. i kept wondering why other people seemed to get what they wanted while i was stuck in the same place. then i came across this book called Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane. i wasn’t expecting much, but the way it explains the connection between your energy and the life you create? it blew my mind. it’s not just a book, it’s like a blueprint for turning your life around.
I have way too much blush, yet have still hit pan on the Patrick Ta Not Too Much, the cream side. Those seem to go quickly. The powder is still full, I'm on the hunt for a cream blush in the same color to use up the powder side. Any suggestions??
Im definitely attempting to use up more of my products, but as you said, I could never do a no buy😂 I have decided that I am not going to pressure myself to be minimal or do no buys - I love and enjoy make-up application and will be mindful not to spend foolishly, but I will enjoy and buy make-up. 😂😂😂 I love your idea of incorporating the project pan progress with your monthly make up drawer videos. ❤And I love the look you created with the products you chose. Oh, and as far as the Kosas powder, it is my go-to, and every one of mine has broken in the same way way
That’s my mindset too, just want to think more about what & why I’m buying! I’ve seen a few comments about the Kosas powder breaking so I guess we’re not alone!
i used to think manifesting was all about repeating affirmations and hoping for the best. i tried it for months and…nothing. i was so frustrated. then i heard about this book, Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane, and how it breaks down the science and energy behind manifestation. it’s like it flipped a switch in my brain. once i started applying what i learned, things started falling into place like never before. worth checking out if you’re serious about manifesting.
I like your more relaxed approach. I really feel that the Kosas packaging is really disappointing and not nice to use. Considering the price. It’s very plastic-y and chunky and there’s no mirror, in the bronzer I have , which makes it feel cheap and dated I think.
I’m all about project pan and using your stash videos!
Only buying 1 thing per month and no more eye shadow until I hit pan on 3 shades. 😊
Love that!! Good for you!
I think it is a brilliant idea, it give us more ideas on how to create new looks with what we have. ❤
I like this. Eyeshadow is hard. I mean it's so pretty😂
Just finished cleaning my makeup😮 cabinet and I’m determined to use the things I have. Your hands make me think of my mother. So pretty and sweet. 💕

Thanks Blair! It’s a nice assortment for project pan!
I still have the Tartlette in Bloom - actually just bought it a few years ago. It’s a great staple to have.
Ohh good one the Iconic London primer, think I can finish that one this year. I totally forgot I love it! Such a fun video and so inspiring to be mindful and use what you have.💕
I love panning content. I have a small collection and am always working on finishing up what I have. I find I’m more creative with less choice.
I agree! It’s fun to have choices, but it can also be very overwhelming when it comes time to choose what to use for the day.
I found your channel threw your project pan videos 😊. Now i just love everything you post! -Emily
You can use an elastic around the Kosas powder compact to keep it together 😊
This is what I've been wanting to do as well. I jist was t sure how to go abkut doing a project pan without feeling overwhelmed by it. I like your thoughts on how you want to try it a different way this time, and I hope it work's out for you.
I’m doing a no buy January and project pan this year!
Loved this! ❤
Yes, my kosas powder broke just like yours!
My main goal is to hit pan in everything in my stash! I don’t have to stress over finishing items completely and I should be able to switch out my products faster so I don’t get bored

Tarte is actually bringing the Aspyn palette back so you could declutter and repurchase!
Really?! I haven’t heard that!
Loved this one:) Happy Nee Year Blair!🎉
Happy New Year! 🎊
I liked the shop my stash for project pan. Maybe a quarterly update video would be enough time to see visual progress.

I did the same thing tonight 😃 My choices are all cream products and anything that was marketed as “clean”.

You could do updates every two months and do the GRWM thing as well…or quarterly…do whatever works for you as it is your project 😊

Blair takes out a bronzer and says it’s expired 😂 then puts it back!!!😂

Yes! When I was looking for a link to it online I couldn’t find it anywhere! It looks like it’s been replaced with the mini version 😢

I agree, I wish they’d make the compact thinner too & include a mirror!
