Lol I understand it's a joke, but in case anyone doesn't know, you should have the pan heated to a certain temperature before you put steaks in. A friend I knew would lay it on a cold pan then have it cook at the same time it's building up heat.

The stock cubes can be replaced for normal chicken stock, beef stock, and salt etc. Marco really does give out tips that I have personally used in my cooking at home. The tips will improve your cooking to the next level if used properly.

@Carson Hopper thats good and everything but nowadays in 21. century you have to be careful what you buy because not everything is good and healthy for you even tho its delicious
