Getting new stationary was my favorite part of back to school. Love a good pen or notebook. I didn't really eat breakfast, if I did it was a pop tart on the way to the bus stop haha.
Ahhh I completely forgot about back to school shopping. I may have to do a separate video for that. I'm similar. I have tons of notebooks and I buy some every year during back to school season. Pop tarts were always good!
Hilarious! I go much farther back, but the first day was exciting! I was mostly actually afraid! The only good thing was seeing so many different kids on the way to school because back then there were neighborhood schools and we walked! There would be hundreds of kids all over the neighborhood walking to school. There was safety in numbers!
It really was exciting! Yeah it was nice seeing a big group of kids from different schools walking with me. It definitely felt like you were connected to all of them in some way or I know I used to wonder who would end up being in my class as I saw different kids walking. Yeah depending on the neighborhood, I honestly wouldn't want my kid walking to/from school tbh. Times are much different now.
