2011 Grand Caravan; No Bus Message, Wipers Won't Shut Off (Dash Lights Going Crazy!)

Today we are working on a 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan with a very strange intermittent issue. The wipers will not shut off, there is a No Bus message appearing in the message center, and the dash is not working properly. Tons of warning lights are on and some gauges don't work.
