    Also really resonated with being kind to yourself with "not doing it" and it being a tool to assist rather than a thing that shames us!!

    Uhm I LOVE the juxtaposition of the habits and emotions/feelings/how-I-show-up tracker with the movement tracker AND the menstrual phases. Such a smart way to help not only be kinder with the expectations we have of ourselves but also as a great analysis "step back" tool! So. Smart.

      Yay!! Glad you like it!! It has helped me a LOT to see the correlation between my cycle and energy levels and emotions and makes me feel so much less crazy and so much more aware of how I feel and being kind with myself!

    I LOVE your new moon intentions spread! It looks so good :) I love when you talk about that kind of intention setting and visualizing your future self. I personally have a hard time seeing that far into the future and it's definitely a skill I'd like to work on. Great job!

      You are so sweet and your support is always so appreciated!!! Thank you!!! The visualization and future self is a way to anchor myself in the person I am trying to being. It doesn't have to be som much in the future ! It can even be setting intentions for the day and how you want to show up for yourself, for others, the energy you want to be, what you want to focus your thoughts on etc. I can share some specific prompts for you if you want

    Thank you for sharing the blank pages. I find that when I don't write for one day, I get into the mindset of not doing it at all for a month, but like you said. Doing our best and getting back to it is the most important part!
    I'd love to see the "make your own journal" video!

      I'm so glad it helps normalize that it won't always be beautiful pages and life happens, so we won't always be able to journal - and that's okay!! Journaling is a way to enhance your life! You got this! Just show up for yourself and even if you journal for 5 minutes, what matters more is that it helps.

      Ohhhh! Noted!!!! It's still something recent that I do and I actually do a little ritual with a group of girlfriends but I will try and create a video on it! Thanks for commenting and supporting me!
