Horrible experience with my granddaughter. Cut received on 1/31/2024 requiring an ER visit. Staff was dismissive, uncaring, and plain mean spirited. No accountability or transparency. Clearly no real concern or care for quality childcare provision. Cindy was terrible. And her staff is no better. Laughing and joking about what happened to my granddaughter. Horrible! Horrible! Horrible!
