the glitch you had after you rolled the rpg also happened to me, the only difference is i was on tower and went out to shoot the alarm right after i spent money, and i saw the rpg and ran toward it and then the glitch and it sunk
refilling the rpg at armory probably isn't the best idea, since if someone he killed saw him go in with an rpg, they'd connect the dots and just go for him. Or, they just want to kill him to make him lose the rpg because crim players are assholes
The „glitch“ 0:54 isnt a glitch, its a feature called UI Toggle. You can activate/deactivate it by pressing the hashtag button (#). Your welcome
