about your relationship: I’ve been watching u for years and i would NEVER say that you’re cringe. what i actually can say is that sometimes you say things that i find really surprising and funny! also it is time to embrace cringe!! ppl would be sooo boring if they were saying only things that are appropriate, obvious and serious.

This episode was so smooth. Like I can't explain it but it just flew by and it was amazing. This episode literally felt like having a conversation with your bestie and she's telling you about all the ways she felt bad about herself, she felt ugly and you're just there listening and hating the people who ever made her feel that way, hating the society who made her feel that way and pulling your hair because she's literally one of the most gorgeous, beautiful, sweetest creature of a human you've ever known. You just want to scream at her how beautiful she is and give her a tight hug. I am *you* in this context. So I'm gonna do just that. Sending you virtual hugs and so much love.

Cruel comments like those are always a reflection of that person's themselves. You can only feel pity for people like that and it's so important protect yourself, so none of that energy sticks to you. Your experiences have made me much more mindful to others too, thanks for being sharing 🙏🏼❤

i feel your honesty in this and how genuinely your growth has been a long journey but i couldn't be more thankful as a viewer to have that transparency that in reality we all share but not vocally a lot of the time x

Jade, thank you so much for this episode. Your experiences with your first relationship and how it affected your creativity really resonate. Right now I'm stuck in my creative projects for the same reason and I'm really scared, but this episode gave me a lot of hope. Thank you again. ❤❤❤ Sending much love your way xx

Hello beautiful soul ❤ I just finished listening to the podcast version of this and wanted to jump on to say that feeling like we can only be validated by others is such a human thing, and one that we can learn to temper. As long as we remember that our worth is only deemed by ourselves, we should be okay. ❤

    Hi Jade.
Thanks for this episode of the podcast. I have to say, I’m 40 and i still struggling with trust in myself, but recently i went to Oxford in Kaplan’s school during two weeks and i proud of myself because i had never took the plane and went to an airport all alone and i succeed to do it ! And i super proud of myself because i finally reach the B2 level in English ! I was stuck at B1 level since the beginning of the year and in two weeks of stay i reach the B2 level. I loved my experience at Oxford, the city is wonderful, the people are nice and the culture, oh my god….for sure, i will return to it.
Oh and by the way, you’re a beautiful woman, don’t listen all the critics about you.

This episode just opened up my mind through the patterns that I had been using against my confidence. It's such a great and at the same time scary thing to know. Thank you for that Jade. ♡♡♡

I love this episode! Thank you for being vulnerable about your life and breaking down the topic of confidence into the three terms we typically conflate it with. This episode has inspired to put myself out there more and start putting projects into action!

The confidence item, I have a perfume (it’s an aftershave but hey ho, their free sample got me) and a white leather jacket I got as a gift from my friend. Someone called it a power jacket and I so agree.
My casual magic was someone in my climbing group telling me they liked my scarf and thought my outfit was really well put together
My intention for the week is intentionality

A good episode. Not flakey 'advice' but a suggestion that we think for ourselves and develop insight.

What’s the problem with being cringe? People worry so much about fitting in that we’re actually becoming boring and uninteresting
