Anyone know what's the hardness rating of the titanium in the bullets, is it supposed to be softer than the steel penetrators in standard M855 ammo?

Don't know the hardness rating but, this ammo is for LONG range shooting... It says "1 mile naked eye visible on hard targets" on the box. It's for ease of seeing hits on steel at long range pretty much. So no need to compare it to a penetrator. Talking apples and oranges at that point
