How do I fix the stem alignment with the front wheel? When I move the handle bar I notice the front wheel goes off centre. Tightening the vice on the stem doesn't work

@@rs2klee Hi, thanks for your trust with us! For the M4 and M4 Pro the biggest differences are the battery and the folding mechanism, it's not possible to upgrade if you want to do by yourself :( But of course M4 is a good scooter anyway :D Let me know your feedback when you get the scooter :D
We are unclear about that youtuber's order you referred, normally we ask them to ship back to our local warehouses and we'll pre-pay the shipping fee if it's product's problem.
@@geekbuying hi, yes would loved to have got the pro but only reason to get the normal M4 was mostly the same apart from the battery and the folding mech. so for now its ok as its for my son who is 13 and going to love it, there were others that he liked until i found this one and it a lot less bulky and is not driven by a chain.! as for that youtuber there was a fault when the scooter was turned on it just kept beeping but from the video looked like the battery voltage was only 40. something! but then there are rival companies that get users to give bad feedback to make there one look better. Most of the videos about Geekbuying and the M4 were great as well as your ones ;) can always but the pro later on for myself ;) haha so we can blast about together.. i might even let him have a go lol...
@@geekbuying hey, we got the scooter and wow what a machine :) only a couple of problems though.. the ignition key unit is really loose and cant find anywhere to tighten it up ? it just has a metal ring but just spins so not sure how this is meant to tighten ? Also looking at the tyres there is arrows for direction . and they have been put on the wrong way lol not sure if that makes any difference! the steering is a little stiff, due to not having proper bearing set up only a pin and washers that rub against each other so using some really good dry grease (WURTH) will aid the wear on that. There are 4 allen key bolts that hold the bracket from the deck but 1 of them is loose and cant get to underneath the other 3 are tight but 1 just spins. As for the overall opinion of the scooter its ok for him but the way the steering mech is all over the place and loose and nothing to tighten it all up, so when you use the front brake the whole wheel just goes back with movement.
Last thing, in the instructions there is no mention of the settings when pressing power and mode together, just in case he messes about with it to use a factory reset or settings that are standard so can put back to normal if needed and also to explain what all the settings do on each number. Thanks :)

Hi Qais, yes, there is a way to turn off the RGB lights, you can cut the light strip on the deck manually, other lights will not be affected. The original box doesn't have spare tires or inner tubes though, if you ever need such you can find on our site or contact official Kugoo :D

How to improve battery life and how to charge correctly?

This is a good question, actually any measures that meant to improve the performance of lithium battery work on the Kugoo M4's battery life, like always charge the battery before fully use up, if you don't use the scooter for months, remember to charge every now and then etc. We recommend charging with our orginal charger :D

I got this kugoo kirin m4 and range don’t go more than 17km so i would upgrade to 25ah battery pack also performance is great. In short term you may find these brake don’t work properly so just remove two springs back and front just like bikes don’t have one and it will be fine

Hi, this a good question. The downside from our test maybe it's folding mechanism, but that wouldn't be a deal breaker, after a few minutes you will get used to it.
The down side is the dumb ass seat, get rid of it and save weight and time on folding

Hi Qais, that's a good question! Actually the first time I was testing the M4 prototype I do have some cons like the handlebar grips smell bad, the seat is a bit loose, but these got fixed in later official M4 version :D

My wife bought a Kugoo M4 scooter. The scooter only worked the first day and the battery never charges again. We tried to load several switches in the house and nothing worked. After that, when we tried to start the scooter, it started to have a deafening alarm that doesn't stop unless we turn off the equipment. We entered in disputed by the site of purchase and asked for videos and photos of the scooter, we sent the evidences and it was decided that we, the customers must return the scooter to manufactures in China, this so that we can receive the refund approximately 600 USD. Which is completely unfair, since the price of a delivery of 29kg is practically the amount we pay for this defective equipment. Once again, we tried to negotiate with the company Geekbuying, but they are not answering us emails and when we talked to them through the aliexpress app, the company first sent us a completely useless video tutorial and now they stopped responding to our emails. WE WILL NOT PURCHASE ANY OTHER EQUIPMENT FROM THIS COMPANY AND SINCERELY RECOMMEND THAT YOU AS A FUTURE CLIENT DO THE SAME.

I seen this on Alibaba for $430 and I want to know if the tires on these are solid tires? you know, the ones that don't catch a flat because it's what I am looking for. I don't want to risk getting a flat and then going through the hassle of buying spare tires/inner tubes and then paying someone to fix it for me cause then that'll be more money out of my pocket. The M4 comes with air tires and inner tubes, obviously you are likely to get a flat comparing to solid tires, but it provides a much better riding experience, which matters, isn't it? From our customers' feedback not so many got punctured during riding as long as you don't ride viciously, fair enough for city roads :D BTW we provide all that necessary parts just in case.

The Kugoo M4 has several iterations based on the feedback from old M4 model. So it might be different from what you were seeing from this video :DD

It's way more powerful than those cheap scooters and much cheaper than many expensive ones, perfect for outdoor activities and daily commute :D
But, if as said before you can't get parts it's a serious issue for an owner who is left with a scooter that will not run, selling parts is an important thing.

Hi could you me a favor and please tell me how to make the kugoo m4 go faster? I bought one yesterday and it won’t even get me up a hill it’s horribly slow, only does 25km top speed.

Hi, thanks for asking. Actually you don't need to mind the voltage that shows on the scooter, it's adjustable even if you go through the manual (don't need to adjust in normal condition though). If the battery indicator shows fully charged then it is :D

And immediately I start riding. It reduces to 3 bars.
It used to charge the 5 bars fully but not it doesn't.

i live in the uk and its legal on july 4th but you need to be 16+, never ride on side wak and obey traffic laws like stopping at the red light. I was doing a speed test on 13th june and i lost my kugoo g booster m4 and m4 pro and given a fine of £450 BE CAREFUL

I'm from Spain and there is no point to comparison XD In Spain there is random controls in random days on random roundabouts, alcohool, inssurance papers etc XD And the electric vehicles are "almost" persecuted :(

Hi Adil, the max weight is 100kg according to the official page, but we tried even with 125kg capacity, it handles quite nicely :D
