I asked about margins. Losses are not always functions of margins. People spend money on marketing in initial years to build category and distribution. But yes that could have been added for sure
I ordered their handwash and found SLS in its ingredients, when I contacted them about this, they blocked me... Their products only just smell good.. neither they are chemical free nor able to clean properly
