tip for this farming strat. if you get the weapons/armour converted to chaos/unmaking/regret/vaal orbs... when you open the map.. close it down and add 5 strongboxes with the device for 7c. then you cant change the fragments! but the device options are fair game ;D .... put the weapon/armour conversion mod in top. and add rogue exiles allflame Anarchy.. you get 70-200 chaos/unmaking/regret/vaal orbs each single map!!!!!...even in t 2 maps!... its so broken that strong boxes inhabits the allflames.. i run an atlas tree with beast/strongbox/shrine and all the map modifiers. buy the anarchy for 5c each item level 68+ and farm low maps :D its so dumb 5 c turned into 150c in 2 min. enjoy. if you need chiesel for another strategy.. this can also get you 200 in just 1 map. easy farm. i never had so much currency in a league. litterally farmed 200 divines over 2 days. in t2 maps. :D i play arakali fang. 40 sec maps. 70% map clear of monsters. while just running with phase run+ withering step. when currency conversion proc. map takes 3min.. but you basically get a 0.8 divine on average each time.
tried this for fun cus ive never farmed beasts but the mob density sometimes makes it so hard to notice wtf any of the beasts are, there will be like 5 beasts stacked on each other and i just gotta kill them to find out
More tips for this strategy, if you want to maximize the profit and don't care about "fun". Only run this in T3 strands, natural tier so you can horizon into it. Only run beasts, ditch every other league mechanic in maps. Choose the Necropolis atlas passive that don't let you choose the modifier on map, so you can open the map immediately, this saves some time on the long run. Capture only Craicic Chimeral, Lynx Alpha, Wolf Alpha, Fenumal Plagued Arachnid, and yellow beasts. The bulk of your profit is to sell yellow beasts for div in bulk. When it comes to profit/h only capture craicic chimerals, everything else is a net loss. Yellow beasts is bad advice unless your breaking the game's terms of service when you're socketing beasts
@@KrumblePoe i'm sorry but no. In T3 you get 1 craicic every 50 beasts more or less, so using 2 scarabs, every 5 maps. So 2 craicic in 5 maps (average). You get 5-6 yellow beasts each map, doubled to 10-12. in 5 maps is 50-60 yellows, thats 1d. if every map takes 45-50 seconds to run, thats 14d/h just with yellows. make it 10 cause u have to socket them up. If you want to leave 10d/h on the ground be my guest. also no ToS involved, just put game in 800x600 and be fast. capturing chimerals is still good money, but to make mirrors is yellows imho.

I can certainly agree that it's possible to get more out of this if you only target chimerals in t3 maps. Selling yellows though sets a precedent for spending a lot more time in maps, a lot more time in menagerie and a lot more time trading, which ofc can be the substitute for heist time wise but then you end up selling and socketing yellows more which decreases your time encountering chimerals. If chimerals are 2d ea which I sold all mine for then I'd rather skip yellow beasts, if they are anything under though your take is probably more valid than mine, but I'd rather skip the yellow killing and socketing either way. Anyway, I don't think your way is particularly wrong or bad at all at the end of the day the difference, whatever the best method is will be about 5d/h so it all comes down to preference. farm black morrigan and 6link uniques, i have made a couple divs 6linking well-rolled unique body armors lol psa: i think ppl started to catch-up in this so u may harder time to sell at good price -> reducing profit so it’s not that great of a main-income farm
Is it normal that it feels very luck based? I ran around 300 maps and only got on average 1 every 8 maps (including duplication so basically 1 every 16). Sometimes I get them often and sometimes it's 60maps dry. I run the scarabs and atlas node (less common varities + of the deep)..
It's kind of rare so big streaks of missing can happen, but also not rare enough that getting it 2 maps in a roll isn't impossible. My best experience was getting one 4 maps back to back or getting two Chimeral pairs in the same map (8 copies). I have the weirdest placebo that it doesn't spawn on Strand as often as it does on Jungle Valley and every time I do some sort of a tracking rule I change my mind.
I believe this video had a direct impact on prices lol. Craicic Chimerals shot down to 1.4 div each. Tigers down to 20-25c. TFT contracts are down to ~14c random blue prints, 3/3 reveal is ~90c, 4/4 is ~110/120cc. Deceptions are 5c. Still profitable for sure, but man...I really wish I could figure out these strats without a 10K+ view youtube video telling me lol.
Ofc it had a direct impact. Any strategy video that is introducing a strategy to some volume of people will have an impact on prices as it increases supply while the demand stays the same for whatever it's producing. At the same time the supply required to run said strategy will have more demand, hence it will raise in price.

Just grumbling about not being able to identify strats before they hit the masses, don't mind me lol. I'll try and remember this (and other) strategies for next league when the collective consciousness of currency strats seems to get reset, lol. Though at 28 div/hour even if profits dropped by 60% or 70% (which they don't seem to be that bad), it would still be good money for a lot of people.
I've done 40 maps and still haven't captured any CC. I thought I found it in the map a couple times, and even killed them, but it doesn't appear in my manegeri :( Edit:: I'm up to 60 maps now and got two pairs (4 total beasts). hopefully it starts to pick up b/c it is not worth it at this rate
i bought 150 strand maps for 3 divs, scarabs i had myself. after all those maps i did not get a single craicic chimeral and only 3 tigers. guess ggg must hate me a lot

Release bad beasts and socket good ones. When you hover over beasts the same was as if you wanted to socket them an x will appear and you can release beasts by pressing that.
Actually all the other beasts are not worth your time killing unless you either have very low currency and need to build some initial bank or have a very slow character. In both cases you'd try to move away from it as soon as possible. Other beasts are just a net loss for the extra time they take you. No other scarab on map device too.
Craicic chimerals are encountered more often in white maps because certain beasts are blocked by the area level, so much is true, but buying white maps is more tedious at times and I wouldn't be able to include heist which at least gets me covered on some profit and expenses if I happen to run on a too long streak without chimerals
I would if I couldn't afford the time to make the zoomy character, but it's actually quite slower. Later today we will make the zoomy character be able to kill those without swapping
You can and you will still make decent money, but you will have to release a lot of beasts from the menagerie because at 1k they are capped and it starts deleting old ones randomly so you could lose an expensive beast. That being said yellow beasts sell for 60 per div so you could make some extra off of that but your div/h will significantly drop
@@MrChakravartin the type of yellow beast doesn't matter (they are craft filler). You need to fill stash tabs with yellow beasts using the 1 chaos itemizing things from Einhar, then you post on TFT. I.e. 4x60 yellow for X chaos. It's super time consuming and horrible on your wrists, so I really really advise against it.
with this profit i can see u playing it duo, with some friend and u open a portal to him to kill the beasts (gaining a beast for himself some times) , and them he leaves, so u don't have to logout (or stop)
For duo you have to enter the map from the beginning together and if you do, there's either 20% or 50% that the person who's not the map owner will get it. Not sure as I didn't test it and not sure which one is right

I run white belfry’s clearing the entire map in 90 seconds but Chineral RNG can be 40 maps straight with no frog or one every 3-4 maps. I have Natural Selection and of the Deep but wonder if some map tilesets have more chance for natural spawns that could be used for red beasts? Some days I feel like I’m wasting my life blasting maps for nothing.
You don't get any maps so you have to buy them all. The pricing is included on the spreadsheet calcs. Buying maps in bulk this league isn't too hard too.
it's a very non-strict loot filter, but the main takeaway is that it hides contract bases that can't be Deception, it hides all unique contracts except The Twins and it shrinks quest contracts
nice video man, quick question, why do you need to change character? Can't you just kill with the one you are using? also, why do you need to open the bestiary?
Opening bestiary is just a force of habit. When there's a lot of red beasts stacked on top of each other I open bestiary so I can swap chars immediately once I get the beast I need and not waste any unnecessary time checking if it's already dead or wait on Einhar to catch all of them. We will try to fix the zoomer build some DPS on today's stream.
White maps actually have higher chance of spawning craicics because some beasts are blocked by ilvl so if at a point the heist economy is deadge then low tier maps will actually be better for this strat
I haven't done boss rushing in a while but you'd need to be careful. On average every 8 maps you get 1 craicic chimeral + a copy of it. Based on what I sold mine yesterday, that's .5 div per map. So to justify going for those kills you need your time/profit to be worthwhile from those bosses. I saw that shaper maps were 10c and passed but I didn't do tests or calculations

@@zeebpc it's hard to get over 500 movement speed while maintaining defenses and damage, that's my personal reasoning, but of course you are free to adjust based on your playstyle and do whatever fits you, that's what we all love about path of exile right

I actually like what Last Epoch did to deal with this. Instead of doing acts again you just complete 3 dungeons on your new characters and you're good to go. GGG should add something similar imo
I can forgive and accept a lot. Playing MF. Using "intentional game design" at the start of the league to make many mirrors, chance and scour vaal side areas for adorned etc...... but watch Dune 2 on a second monitor is where I draw the line. If you're only gonna go into a cinema one more time in your life, it is for that movie or it is at least some main monitor shit xD

In t6 there is higher chance to find Craic,but you lose bps and contracts ofc This log out/in is nearly a time killing, with Niko to run a map like 1.5 min and u kill every mob, i wonder why you not tell the bad side of beast farming. Its incredible boring after the 200+ maps , but profit is really valuable , with low invest .

Reason we do this in t16s is blueprint and contract ilvl. White maps actually have a higher chance to spawn Craicic Chimeral because they block some ilvl gated beasts

You can get used to recognizing them with a little bit of experience, eventually your eyes adjust to models and it's pretty easy to recognize

one scarab you can use if you have 5 slots would be the 100% black morrigan spawn, it's used to 6 socket and 6 links items

Great way to present the info. 1 question, how do you maximize the chance at CC? I ran a beast strat and got 1 in 100 maps.
you do it in T1-5 maps so there are way less diffent red beast that can spawn. chimerals only require monster level 68 to appear.

It's up to you. You can't get this move speed on a character that isn't specifically made for move speed

Did they change the droprates of Chimerals? You're running T16s, shouldn't you run T1-5 maps to maximize Chimeral appearance rates?

Cant you do that just with the main build? Doubt it will be much slower since you dont need the acc switch. With long load times its even worse

No, just the specific build I'm running is best at at least lvl 85+. Beasts are not gated by character level, but by area level

@@KrumblePoeis this true? What are the limitations for min-maxing Chimeral spawns? I run white belfry’s clearing the entire map in 90 seconds but Chineral RNG can be 40 maps straight with no frog or one every 3-4 maps. I have Natural Selection and of the Deep but wonder if some map tilesets have more chance for natural spawns that could be used for red beasts? Some days I feel like I’m wasting my life blasting maps for nothing.
@@SIMPathyYT I totally feel the same, I ran around 300maps and got an average of 1 chimeral per 8 map, I also run the same atlas nodes and scarabs...

You don't get any maps so you have to buy them all. The pricing is included on the spreadsheet calcs. Buying maps in bulk this league isn't too hard too.
Run a quick farming map session with cartographer delirium orb you will never need to buy a map again

what does the "forest gump" loot filter hide and highlight?
it's a very non-strict loot filter, but the main takeaway is that it hides contract bases that can't be Deception, it hides all unique contracts except The Twins and it shrinks quest contracts
nice video man, quick question, why do you need to change character? Can't you just kill with the one you are using? also, why do you need to open the bestiary?
Opening bestiary is just a force of habit. When there's a lot of red beasts stacked on top of each other I open bestiary so I can swap chars immediately once I get the beast I need and not waste any unnecessary time checking if it's already dead or wait on Einhar to catch all of them.

Problem is heist stuff is pretty much worthless below 83 level
White maps actually have higher chance of spawning craicics because some beasts are blocked by ilvl so if at a point the heist economy is deadge then low tier maps will actually be better for this strat
i think killing the last boss with conq/shaper/synth map drop in this strat is also good.

I haven't done boss rushing in a while but you'd need to be careful. On average every 8 maps you get 1 craicic chimeral + a copy of it. Based on what I sold mine yesterday, that's .5 div per map. So to justify going for those kills you need your time/profit to be worthwhile from those bosses. I saw that shaper maps were 10c and passed but I didn't do tests or calculations

@@zeebpc it's hard to get over 500 movement speed while maintaining defenses and damage, that's my personal reasoning, but of course you are free to adjust based on your playstyle and do whatever fits you, that's what we all love about path of exile right

Heist builds don't really need damage. This is actually a build for heisting that I just happened to use for this strat

I actually like what Last Epoch did to deal with this. Instead of doing acts again you just complete 3 dungeons on your new characters and you're good to go. GGG should add something similar imo

This log out/in is nearly a time killing, with Niko to run a map like 1.5 min and u kill every mob, i wonder why you not tell the bad side of beast farming.
Its incredible boring after the 200+ maps , but profit is really valuable , with low invest .

@@KrumblePoe yeah but contracts are a bit boring to get and white maps are easier to approch. Issue is only map sustain, which you can fix with a cartography scarab kinda. I do run a build with aoe around me so I walk and clear everything
