Hello Terry,
Not all things go accordingly to plan in the kitchen. However, the meat balls looked lovely. I have never made a sauce with those ingredients before. Love it.

Turned out very nice, kinda got me hungry for some sweedish meatballs myself.
Its also very good with mashed potates with some carrots in it, and peas on the side.
It probably tasted even better than it looked!
