Excalibur actually outdamages it if you get the 3 blasts. But Sol Blade is more reliable so either Felix or Isaac should always be using it while Garet, Piers and Felix/Isaac use Excaliburs.
I'm using Excalibur for Felix and Sol Blade for Isaac , they almost have the same ATK power , however , Felix does have more ATK that Isaac , probably that's why

A lot of these weapons that most people didn't know existed are actually obtained from monsters. I mean I got a lot of them by accident by I later found out that you have to actually do certain moves with certain characters to certain monsters in a particular order to get the weapon drop. I remember getting clotho's distaff in mercy lighthouse and the staff of anubis from the statue at that jungle place well from one of the monsters there.
I remember seeing my brother use Tisiphone's Edge and asking him how he got it, because that animation was so sick. I loved the handful of weapons that had a pseudo-summon, like Thanatos, Clotho, Lachesis, etc. Megiddo was cool, and I liked Excalibur's Legend, Masamune's dragons were neat, but having an entire character sprite intervene was badass.

Like, if you equip an axe on Garet, you will see him holding an axe. If you equip a mace, you will see him holding a mace. However, all the axes will look the same, and all the maces look the same.
I realized that. About half the weapons in the two games have bonuses/side effects/slightly different animations (like Excalibur unleashing one or three swords, or Tisiphone Edge's arrows hitting different amount of times). I just wanted to give a visual basic for each weapon. Showcasing all the effects for each weapon would be very time consuming and IMO make the video very boring to watch.
Who else loved using swift sword over the gaia blade for Issac I’m Golden Sun 1 because of its sonic smash unleash? It’s a pity that a more powerful weapon didn’t receive the same unleash.
You're probably thinking of the 'Condemn' psynergy that features the same Grim Reaper animation. It appears three times and slashes the enemy on the four appearance.

hmmm...i managed to dress up my first 4 chars very good....i use the old chars (isaac and the others) and i am about 86 lvl (i want to reach 100 but i am boring after all those battles) the most powerfull sword is sol blade(megido) and then is tisiphone edge(vengeance wich has 3 different kinds of succes: 2 arrows hit, 4 arrows hit, or ALL the arrows hit wich makes BIG DAMAGE) someone please tell me a good weap for Mia and where to find it cause i have a medium staff for her...
@@smashtown2583 I found that more for Felix. Isaac I think gets the Sol Blade because how the Wise One chose him in Sol Sanctum, where as Felix is a Venus Adept who was kind of isolated, only had his own power for a long time

Felix-The-Ghost I'd say it's worth your time. It's not as good as the previous entires, but it's still a really good game.
