Cool to see the 24' X model is coming out. I own a 23' X model and love it. I still wish they did a few more things to make it more offroad worthy like: O-ring chain, a kickstand designed in this century, removable spark arrestor, larger fuel tank, and taller 4th & 5th gear. I mainly bought it because the pricing last spring was pretty awesome compared to other brands for similar bike. I ride this bike in western desert type open riding. The 23' bike handles great and is very stable in fast terrain. The suspension is great except for sharp edged bumps and rocks then it is pretty harsh so I will be having it revalved. My guess is the 24' X model has very similar suspension settings. I like riding a green bike since most are orange or blue that I come across.

Can we get some impressions after riding east coast off-road? West Coast off-road is sooooooo different.
I've used modded Honda 450X's since the bikes inception. I've done WORCs, Hare and Hound and even Baja with them.
Have raced this bike twice at the two NGPC rounds and we will be dropping a race spec video soon but all I can say is I am very impressed with how good this bike is in those type of races.
@BrentBowser It may be. Personally I've never liked the feel of Kawi's. They've always felt big and long to me. Then again I haven't been on one on years.
@@lw3918 What's really impressed me is the front end traction and how well the bike turns and goes where you want it to go.
@BrentBowser Wow really? I've never felt that in a Kawi. Straight line was always great.
@@lw3918 I agree, I never got that feeling on the old KX models but you can tell they were trying to fix that area on this bike as it is VERY noticeable.
Never rode a green bike, bit if I was going to it would be this model
I've ridden a lot of different brands, and I can say this bike is one of my favorites I've ridden in a while.
I’d say if you can ask ride one as one of the moto bikes ride one then judge one young and old 👌🇺🇸
Looks like Brent got 23rd in 30+B at the last NGPC. Why not include some race footage and comments about the bike from the race itself? I race WORCS and I am considering buying this bike, but not sure if I should get the X model or not. Looking forward to the race setting that you are developing as well.

Is the transmission the same?
Yes, same transmission as the R model. Mapping is different but you can change the mapping on the app.
The bike won't even be considered until it upgrades the capacity of the fuel tank like Yamaha/ KTM. Ridiculous to make an offroad bike with MX Fuel capacity.

They fix the air box yet? Been seeing bikes blow up within 3 hours.
Have 9 hours on this bike with no issues.

Manageable is that a word for slow
Not at all, bike has plenty of power. It’s a more manageable type of power that I really like about this bike.

This is not a review.... this is a commercial. A lot of captain obvious moments in this video. These idiots even confuse the Beta slogan "rideability" with kawasaki... what a bunch of BS.
